Et ve de gust con\u00e8ixer algun plat t\u00edpic de diferents racons de la pen\u00ednsula? Aquest hivern, sorpr\u00e8n als teus amb alguna de les receptes tradicionals que et presentem a continuaci\u00f3!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. CALDERO MURCI\u00c0 (M\u00daRCIA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 160g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-rodo-extra-nomen-2-kg\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Rod\u00f3 Extra Nomen<\/a>, 120 g de peix tipus &#8220;Moralla&#8221;, 4 llagostins, 2 nyores, 2 grans d&#8217;all, 1 bri de safr\u00e0, sal, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, mig got de tom\u00e0quet triturat i 1 litre d&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Per al &#8220;fumet&#8221;:<\/strong> En una cassola, sofregir les nyores a foc mitj\u00e0 amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Quan comencin a desprendre la seva olor tan caracter\u00edstica, retirar-les i tritura en un morter amb els grans d&#8217;all pr\u00e8viament pelats. A la mateixa cassola sofregeix el tom\u00e0quet. Immediatament, incorpora el peix i la barreja de nyores amb l&#8217;all. Afegeix l&#8217;aigua i el safr\u00e0, tapa i deixa coure durant uns 20-30 minuts. Passat aquest temps, tindrem llest el brou de peix que haur\u00e0s colar i reservar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Per a l&#8217;arr\u00f2s:<\/strong> Porta el brou de peix a un calder o paella, juntament amb l&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Rod\u00f3 Extra Nomen, tapa-ho i deixa-ho coure uns 15 minuts i, una mica abans de finalitzar la cocci\u00f3, incorpora els llagostins pelats. Passat aquest temps, apaga el foc i deixa reposar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s uns 10 minuts tapat. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. CALAMARS A LA SEVA TINTA (NAVARRA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 500g de calamars, 1 ceba gran, 1 cullerada de tom\u00e0quet triturat, 2 grans d&#8217;all, julivert, \u00bd got de vi blanc, oli d&#8217;oliva, sal, \u00bd cullerada de farina i tinta de calamar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Neteja molt b\u00e9 els calamars retirant, amb ajuda d&#8217;un ganivet, els tentacles i la pell per trossejar-los. En una paella, afegeix un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i, quan estigui calent, incorpora la ceba tallada per ofegar-la. Una vegada que estigui daurada, afegeix els calamars i ofega-ho tot junt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Talla els grans d&#8217;all i el julivert, i afegeix-los a la preparaci\u00f3 juntament amb el tom\u00e0quet triturat. Segueix ofegant. Mentrestant, barreja en un bol el vi blanc amb la tinta de calamar i la farina. Bat b\u00e9 i incorpora-les a l&#8217;olla, barreja-ho tot i tapa-ho. Deixa coure durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. ESCALIVADA (CATALUNYA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 1 alberg\u00ednia, 1 pebrot vermell, 1 ceba gran, 3 tom\u00e0quets petits, oli d&#8217;oliva, 1 gra d&#8217;all i sal al gust.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Preescalfa el forn a 200\u00baC. Pela les cebes i renta la resta dels vegetals sota l&#8217;aixeta. Retira l&#8217;exc\u00e9s d&#8217;aigua amb ajuda de paper de cuina i col\u00b7loca&#8217;ls en una safata per al forn. Cuina&#8217;ls durant 1 hora aproximadament. Passat aquest temps, retira la verdura del forn i neteja-la retirant la pell i les llavors de l&#8217;interior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Trosseja la ceba i reserva-la. Talla els pebrots i les alberg\u00ednies a tires, els tom\u00e0quets a trossos i l&#8217;all en l\u00e0mines. Col\u00b7loca totes les verdures sobre una safata, afegeix els grans d&#8217;all, un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i llest, a gaudir!<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Prova tamb\u00e9 la nostra recepta d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/recepta\/amanida-darros-amb-escalivada\/\" target=\"_blank\">amanida d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb escalivada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. MARMITAKO DE TONYINA (PA\u00cdS BASC)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 200g de tonyina fresca, 2 patates, 1 gra d&#8217;all, \u00bd ceba gran, \u00bd pebrot verd, \u00bd tassa de tom\u00e0quet triturat, \u00bc de copa de vi blanc, 1 fulla de llorer, pebre negre, sal, oli d&#8217;oliva i brou de peix.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Renta i trosseja la tonyina a daus, afegeix sal i pebre al gust i reserva&#8217;ls. Renta i neteja el pebrot verd, la ceba, i els alls (retirant la pell d&#8217;aquests \u00faltims), despr\u00e9s trosseja&#8217;ls en cubs petits. Renta les patates, pela i talla-les en petits trossos quadrats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">En una paella calenta, afegeix una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, salta la tonyina a foc mitj\u00e0 i quan hagi segellat, retira de la paella. Continua sofregint les verdures en la mateixa paella que estaves utilitzant, primer la ceba, despr\u00e9s els alls i finalment el pebrot, juntament amb les fulles de llorer. Incorpora les patates, el vi blanc i deixa-ho coure fins que s&#8217;evapori l&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Incorpora el tom\u00e0quet triturat i cuina&#8217;l durant 10 minuts m\u00e9s. Despr\u00e9s, cobreix amb el brou de peix la preparaci\u00f3 i deixa-ho a foc lent durant uns 30 minuts o fins que les patates estiguin toves. Afegeix la tonyina i cuina 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. AUT\u00c8NTICA PAELLA VALENCIANA (VAL\u00c8NCIA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 2 tasses d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-vaporitzat-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Vaporitzat Nomen<\/a>, \u00bd pit de pollastre, \u00bc de carn de conill, 1 tassa de barreja de mongetes tendres planes i mongetes, 1 gra d&#8217;all, \u00bd ceba, 1 cullerada de pebre vermell dol\u00e7, 1 cullerada de safr\u00e0, 5 cargols, 3 tasses de brou de pollastre, aigua, sal i oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Neteja les verdures. Talla el all a rodanxes i la ceba a daus. Neteja el pollastre i el conill i tallar-. En una paella calenta, col\u00b7loca una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, afegeix la carn i cuina fins que adquireixi un color daurat. Un cop cuita la carn, afegeix la barreja de mongetes, la ceba i l&#8217;all. Incorpora el brou de pollastre i quan comenci a bullir, afegeix l&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Vaporitzat Nomen repartit de manera uniforme amb una mica de sal. Afegeix el safr\u00e0, el pebre vermell dol\u00e7 i els caragols. Deixa-ho coure tot junt fins que s&#8217;hagi evaporat l&#8217;aigua, movent l&#8217;arr\u00f2s de tant en tant perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxi. Un cop evaporada l&#8217;aigua, retira del foc i deixa-ho reposar uns minuts. Llest!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I recorda<\/strong>, inclou a la teva fam\u00edlia en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de les receptes tradicionals!
