Per aconseguir que introdueixin aliments en la seva dieta i que gaudeixin dels seus plats, pots comen\u00e7ar per involucrar-los en la compra o en la preparaci\u00f3 dels \u00e0pats. I, per qu\u00e8 no, de tant en tant sorprendre&#8217;ls amb un plat diferent. Et proposem 5 divertides receptes perqu\u00e8 preparis amb els teus fills.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. PIZZA DE VERDURES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong>400g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-de-blat\/\" target=\"_blank\">farina<\/a>, 200 ml d&#8217;aigua, \u00bd pebrot vermell, 1 pebrot verd, 1 alberg\u00ednia, 175g de xampinyons, tom\u00e0quet fregit, formatge ratllat, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i orenga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Per a la massa:<\/strong> En un bol col\u00b7loca la farina amb una mica de sal. Barreja b\u00e9 i, a continuaci\u00f3, fes un forat al centre per afegir l&#8217;aigua i dues cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Barreja-ho tot i pasta fins a obtenir una massa homog\u00e8nia que no s&#8217;enganxi ni a les mans ni a les parets del recipient. Cobreix amb un drap humit i deixa-ho reposar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Per a la pizza:<\/strong> Posa el forn a preescalfar a 180\u00baC. Talla els pebrots i l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia a tires i col\u00b7loca-ho en una safata per al forn. Cuina&#8217;l durant 20 minuts. Passat aquest temps, retira les verdures del forn. Empolvora una mica de farina sobre la taula i col\u00b7loca la massa per la pizza. Estira amb ajuda d&#8217;un corr\u00f3 fins donar-li la forma i el gruix desitjats. Afegeix el tom\u00e0quet fregit a la base i tot seguit les verdures pr\u00e8viament forn. Afegeix el formatge ratllat i, sobre aquest, col\u00b7loca els xampinyons de manera estrat\u00e8gica per crear un dibuix: una caseta, una cara somrient&#8230; empolvora l&#8217;orenga i cuina al forn durant 20 minuts aproximadament. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. PAPALLONA DE FRUITES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 1 pl\u00e0tan, 2 kiwis, 1 poma, 2 mandarines i 1 ra\u00efm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Talla el pl\u00e0tan i el kiwi a rodanxes. Pela la poma i talla-la en forma de mitja lluna. Pela la mandarina. Col\u00b7loca el pl\u00e0tan al centre del plat, simulant el cos d&#8217;una papallona. Amb ajuda dels grills de la mandarina dibuixa el contorn de les ales i farceix de poma i kiwi. Col\u00b7loca el ra\u00efm a l&#8217;extrem del tronc per simular el cap i, amb dues petites tires de la pell de poma representa les antenes. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. PALMERES DE PEIX<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 70g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-rodo-extra-nomen-2-kg\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Rod\u00f3 Extra Nomen<\/a>, 2 filets petits de llu\u00e7, 1 carabass\u00f3, oli d&#8217;oliva verge i sal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> en una olla bull l&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Rod\u00f3 Extra de Nomen durant 15 minuts aproximadament. Mentrestant, talla el carabass\u00f3 a rodanxes i salta&#8217;l en una paella amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge. D&#8217;altra banda, en una paella amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, cuina els filets de llu\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">A la part inferior del plat col\u00b7loca l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, com si fos sorra. Utilitza els filets de llu\u00e7 per simular el tronc de les palmeres i el carabass\u00f3 per les fulles. Afegeix un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge i una mica de sal. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. BOLETS D&#8217;OU DUR I TOM\u00c0QUET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 2 ous, 1 tom\u00e0quet gran, sal i maionesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> posa aigua a bullir en una olla petita amb una mica de sal. Quan comenci a bullir, introdueix els ous i deixa&#8217;ls cuinar durant 10 minuts. Pela els ous i talla una mica una de les bases perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;aguanti dempeus. Talla el tom\u00e0quet per la meitat i col\u00b7loca sobre l&#8217;ou, simulant el cap d&#8217;un bolet. Fes punts blancs amb la maionesa sobre el tom\u00e0quet i llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. SOMRIENT DE PUR\u00c9 DE PATATES INSTANTANI NOMEN, S\u00cdPIA I P\u00c8SOLS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/pure\/pure-instantani\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pur\u00e9 de Patates Instantani Nomen<\/a>, 50g de p\u00e8sols, una s\u00edpia petita, mitja ceba, 1 tom\u00e0quet, aigua, oli d&#8217;oliva i sal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> D&#8217;una banda, en un cass\u00f3 hi afegim mig litre d&#8217;aigua i 125 ml de llet amb una mica de sal. Quan bulli, ho retirem del foc i afegim un sobre de Pur\u00e9 de Patates Instantani Nomen i remenem fins a obtenir una massa homog\u00e8nia. D&#8217;altra banda, en una cassola, introdu\u00efm la s\u00edpia tallada a trossos petits amb aigua, just fins que cobreixi. Ho deixem cuinar a foc mitj\u00e0 fins que l&#8217;aigua s&#8217;evapori. Mentrestant, tallem la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet a trossos petits. Quan l&#8217;aigua s&#8217;hagi evaporat, hi afegim la ceba amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i la deixem ofegar. Afegim el tom\u00e0quet i despr\u00e9s de 5 minuts introdu\u00efm tamb\u00e9 els p\u00e8sols 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">En un plat dibuixem, amb el pur\u00e9 de patates, el contorn d&#8217;una cara. Deixem un espai petit per als ulls i la boca. Utilitzem la s\u00edpia amb p\u00e8sols per omplir els buits deixant la forma d&#8217;una cara contenta i, la resta per donar-li forma al cabell.
