It\u00e0lia &#8211; Fritole<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">130g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes\/farines\/\" target=\"_blank\">farina<\/a>, 35g de panses, 1 cullerada de sucre, 1 ou, 90ml de llet, 90ml de rom, 10g de llevat de cervesa, sal, oli d&#8217;oliva i sucre en pols.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta les panses\u00a0i deixa-les a remull. Esmicola el llevat i dissol-lo\u00a0amb 3-4 culleres d&#8217;aigua. En un bol, barreja la farina, el sucre i una mica de sal. Fes un forat al centre i afegeix l&#8217;ou, el llevat dissolt i el rom. Barreja b\u00e9 i afegeix la llet i les panses. Pasta i, quan deixi de pegar-se als dits, tapa-ho amb un drap humit. Veur\u00e0s com al cap d&#8217;una estona la massa dobla la seva grand\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Finalment, en una paella amb oli d&#8217;oliva, fregeix la massa i ves col\u00b7locant una a una les &#8220;fritole&#8221;, en un plat amb paper de cuina perqu\u00e8 absorbeixi l&#8217;oli sobrant. Empolvora una mica de sucre i llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Brasil: Feijoada<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">120g de mongetes, 75g de cansalada, 4 salsitxes de porc, 80 g de costelles de porc, 25g de llonganissa fumada, 1 ceba gran, 2 tom\u00e0quets, 1 gra d&#8217;all, 1 tassa d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-rapid-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s R\u00e0pid Nomen<\/a>, pebre negre, sal, com\u00ed, farigola seca i oli d&#8217;oliva verge.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Abans de comen\u00e7ar la recepta, haur\u00e0s de deixar les mongetes en remull des del dia anterior. En una olla, bull-les amb una mica de sal i una mica de farigola seca. Posa el forn a preescalfar a 180\u00baC. Col\u00b7loca les costelles en una safata per al forn una mica fonda perqu\u00e8 el greix del porc es mantingui en aquesta, i deixa-ho cuinar durant 25 minuts aproximadament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mentrestant, en una paella amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, daura la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet (pr\u00e8viament tallats en quadrats petits). Afegeix tamb\u00e9 el gra d&#8217;all ben picat, farigola seca i salpebra. Afegeix la cansalada tallada a tires fines fins que s&#8217;enrosseixi. Afegeix les salsitxes i remou. Un cop preparat el sofregit, afegeix-ho a l&#8217;olla de les mongetes i deixa-ho durant 10-15 minuts a foc lent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Finalment, en una olla bull l&#8217;Arr\u00f2s R\u00e0pid Nomen durant 5 minuts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Serveix tot junt i llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. EEUU: King\u2019s Cake<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">125ml de llet, 60g de mantega, mig sobre de llevat, 120g de sucre mor\u00e8, 1 ou, aigua, sal, nou moscada m\u00f2lta, 415g de farina, 70g de sucre blanc, 70g de sucre glas, 1 clara d&#8217;ou petit, colorant en pols, 1 culleradeta de canyella en pols, 80g de nous picades i 25g de panses.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Escalfa la llet amb 20g de mantega durant 2 minuts al microones, barreja i deixa-ho temperar. Escalfa, en una olla, 100ml d&#8217;aigua durant 2 minuts, afegeix el llevat i una cullerada de sucre mor\u00e8, remou fins que quedi ben dissolt i escalfa aproximadament 10 minuts m\u00e9s, fins que comenci a bullir. Retira i afegeix la llet amb la mantega, l&#8217;ou, un pessic de sal, un pessic de nou moscada i 50g de sucre mor\u00e8. Barreja b\u00e9 i comen\u00e7a a afegir la farina (370g). Barreja fins a tenir una massa consistent que puguis pastar, i pasta fins que no s&#8217;enganxi a la paret del recipient en qu\u00e8 est\u00e0s treballant. Tapa-ho amb un drap humit i deixa-ho reposar fins que dobli la seva mida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mentrestant, prepara el farcit: barreja el sucre mor\u00e8 restant, la canyella, les nous picades, la resta de la farina, les panses i 40g de mantega fosa, fins a obtenir una crema tipus &#8220;crumble&#8221; i reserva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Quan la massa hagi doblat el seu tamany, estira formant un rectangle. Afegeix el farciment sobre aquesta i enrotlla&#8217;l, uneix els extrems de la massa donant-li forma de tortell, fes talls a la part superior i deixa-ho reposar 1 hora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Posa el forn a preescalfar a 180 \u00baC amb un bol d&#8217;aigua a l&#8217;interior d&#8217;aquest i enforna entre 15 i 20 minuts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Barreja els colorants amb el sucre blanc, i el sucre glac\u00e9 amb la clara d&#8217;ou. Pinta el tortell amb la barreja de clara i sucre glas, i posteriorment empolvora el colorant amb sucre blanc. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Fran\u00e7a: Ratatouille<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2 carabassons, 3 tom\u00e0quets, 1 pebrot gran, \u00bd ceba, 1 gra d&#8217;all, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal, pebre i 1 fulla de llorer.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Neteja i pela les verdures. Talla-les en quadrats petits i afegeix la ceba a una paella amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge. Quan comenci a daurar afegeix els pebrots, el llorer i salpebra. Passats 4-5 minuts afegeix els carabassons i, finalment, els tom\u00e0quets amb l&#8217;all ben picat. Deixa-ho tot a foc lent fins que estigui ben cuinat i llest!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Espanya: Orelles de Carnaval<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">250g de farina, 25ml d&#8217;an\u00eds dol\u00e7, 60g de sucre glas, 1 ou, la ratlladura de \u00bd llimona, 30ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, aigua i una mica de sal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">En un bol afegeix l&#8217;ou, l&#8217;an\u00eds dol\u00e7, la ratlladura de llimona, un pessic de sal, 50g de sucre i 100ml d&#8217;aigua, i barreja b\u00e9. Un cop estigui ben barrejat i homogeni, afegeix la farina, barreja i pasta fins que no s&#8217;enganxi la massa ni a la paret del bol ni a les mans. Cobreix-lo amb un drap humit i deixa-ho reposar durant una hora aproximadament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Passat aquest temps, fes boles petites de massa, i amb ajuda d&#8217;un corr\u00f3 d\u00f3na-li forma d&#8217;orella, procurant que sigui el m\u00e9s fina possible, per\u00f2 sense que es trenqui despr\u00e9s. En una paella amb oli, fregeix les &#8220;orelles&#8221; i, posteriorment, reserva-en un plat amb paper de cuina perqu\u00e8 absorbeixi l&#8217;oli sobrant.
