Tot el que necessites saber sobre la intoler\u00e0ncia a la lactosa aqu\u00ed, en aquest post:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la lactosa?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La lactosa \u00e9s un sucre que es troba naturalment present en la llet i, en menor mesura, en els lactis derivats d&#8217;aquesta.<\/p>\n<p>La lactosa est\u00e0 formada per dues mol\u00e8cules m\u00e9s simples: la glucosa i la galactosa. Perqu\u00e8 el nostre cos absorbeixi aquest sucre i pugui obtenir energia a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest, primer ha de trencar la uni\u00f3 entre glucosa i galactosa. Per a aix\u00f2, es necessita un enzim anomenat lactasa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la intoler\u00e0ncia a la lactosa?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Quan l&#8217;intest\u00ed prim no produeix suficient lactasa, no podem trencar tots els enlla\u00e7os d&#8217;uni\u00f3 entre la glucosa i la galactosa, de manera que no podem digerir la lactosa. Quan la lactosa que hem ingerit arriba a l&#8217;intest\u00ed gros, la nostra flora intestinal la digereix provocant tot un seguit de s\u00edmptomes gastrointestinals molt molestos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quins s\u00edmptomes provoca la intoler\u00e0ncia a la lactosa?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes varien d&#8217;una persona a una altra i poden ser m\u00e9s o menys intensos en funci\u00f3 de la quantitat que es consumeix i la capacitat del nostre cos per produir l&#8217;enzim lactasa. D&#8217;aquesta manera, a major consum de lactosa i menor producci\u00f3 d&#8217;enzim, m\u00e9s gran ser\u00e0 la simptomatologia. De totes maneres, els efectes m\u00e9s comuns provocats per la intoler\u00e0ncia a la lactosa s\u00f3n: distensi\u00f3 abdominal i inflor, c\u00f2lics abdominals amb espasmes, diarrea, gasos, n\u00e0usees i femtes pastoses i flotants.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests s\u00edmptomes solen apar\u00e8ixer entre la mitja hora i les dues hores posteriors al consum de lactosa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com es realitza el diagn\u00f2stic?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si creus que la llet o els lactis en general no et fan sentir\u00a0del tot b\u00e9, v\u00e9s al metge perqu\u00e8 et faci un diagn\u00f2stic. Existeixen diverses proves per realitzar-lo, per\u00f2, la m\u00e9s estesa consisteix a; primer bufar en un recipient semblant a un globus, en qu\u00e8 miraran la quantitat d&#8217;hidrogen que expulses. L&#8217;hidrogen \u00e9s un gas que la nostra flora fabrica a digerir la lactosa. Seguidament, et donen un l\u00edquid amb certa concentraci\u00f3 de lactosa i et fan tornar a respirar en el globus al cap d&#8217;un temps establert. Aquest proc\u00e9s es repeteix diverses vegades i, posteriorment saps si ets intolerant a la lactosa o no. En cas de ser positiu, s&#8217;ha de disminuir la quantitat de lactosa de la dieta.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Puc seguir una dieta equilibrada sense ingerir lactosa?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I tant! La ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria fabrica l\u00e0ctics sense lactosa des de fa anys. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, s&#8217;ha de prestar atenci\u00f3 a les etiquetes dels productes del mercat, ja que molts, tot i no ser lactis, estan elaborats amb lactosa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfI qu\u00e8 hi ha de l&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia a la prote\u00efna de la llet de vaca?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La lactosa \u00e9s un sucre, i l&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia \u00e9s una prote\u00efna, per tant, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/descubre-las-diferencias-entre-una-alergia-y-una-intolerancia-alimentaria\/\" target=\"_blank\">el problema d&#8217;origen no \u00e9s el mateix<\/a>. S\u00f3n font de vitamina D les sardines, el salm\u00f3 i els peixos blaus en general, i dins dels aliments rics en calci trobem vegetals de fulla verda, tofu i, una altra vegada, les sardines, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>Recorda que una <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-preparar-menu-setmanal-variat-i-equilibrat\/\" target=\"_blank\">alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada i variada<\/a> s&#8217;aconsegueix amb la combinaci\u00f3 de diferents aliments.
