Treu paper i llapis i apunta aquestes <b>5 receptes de primavera<\/b> que has de provar durant l&#8217;estaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s colorida! Batut de maduixes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b><br \/>\nIngredients per a 2 batuts (500ml):<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 maduixes<\/li>\n<li>250 ml de llet<\/li>\n<li>40g de nata per muntar (35% m.g.)<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada i mitja de sucre mor\u00e8<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Renta i talla les maduixes per la meitat i col\u00b7loca-les en un recipient apte per a la batedora. Afegeix tamb\u00e9 la llet, la nata i el sucre. Bat fins que quedi tot ben barrejat i homogeni i llest! F\u00e0cil i sabor\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Esp\u00e0rrecs amb maduixots i alvocat<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Ingredients per a 4 persones:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 esp\u00e0rrecs blancs<\/li>\n<li>1 alvocat<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba petita<\/li>\n<li>12 maduixots<\/li>\n<li>8 olives negres<\/li>\n<li>brots d&#8217;amanida<\/li>\n<li>oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>vinagre bals\u00e0mic de M\u00f2dena<\/li>\n<li>pebre negre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n<li>un polsim de sal<\/li>\n<li>roman\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>i una taronja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Renta i talla els maduixots i la ceba en daus petits, col\u00b7loca-les en un bol, afegeix un rejol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, sal i pebre. Reserva-ho. Desossa i lamina les olives. Pela i talla l&#8217;alvocat en l\u00e0mines, retirant l&#8217;os.<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00b7loca els esp\u00e0rrecs, pr\u00e8viament escorreguts i secs,al plat amb l&#8217;alvocat als seus extrems. Afegeix les maduixes i la ceba a la part superior al costat de les olives. Decora amb els brots d&#8217;amanida el contorn del pl\u00e0tan, talla la taronja en trossos petits i afegeix-la als brots. Agrega un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge i bals\u00e0mic de M\u00f2dena, sal, pebre, roman\u00ed i llest!<\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Amanida amb llavors<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b><br \/>\nIngredients per 4 persones:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd enciam<\/li>\n<li>12 maduixes<\/li>\n<li>1 alvocat<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>8 tom\u00e0quets cherry<\/li>\n<li>2 pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>3 ous<\/li>\n<li>4 cullerades de llavors de carabassa i chia<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>i vinagre de M\u00f2dena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cuina els ous un una olla bullint durant 10 minuts aproximadament. Mentrestant, renta i trosseja les hortalisses i la fruita. Afegeix-les dins un bol. Pela els ous i trosseja&#8217;ls en porcions petites. Posa-ho al bol. Espolvoreja les llavors i amaneix al gust. Barreja b\u00e9, i llest!<\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Arr\u00f2s amb tonyina<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b><br \/>\nIngredients per 4 persones:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 rodanxes de tonyina<\/li>\n<li>320g d&#8217;<a title=\"Arr\u00f2s Thai Nomen\" href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-thai-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arr\u00f2s Thai Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de llavors de s\u00e8sam<\/li>\n<li>2 culleres de llavors de chia<\/li>\n<li>oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>i salsa de soia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cou l&#8217;<b>Arr\u00f2s Thai Nomen<\/b> en una olla durant 9 minuts. Mentre, cuina la tonyina en una paella amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s a la paella, esqueixa la tonyina, afegeix les llavors de s\u00e8sam i chia, i salteja-ho tot junt durant 1 minut. Afegeix la salsa de soia, barreja-ho b\u00e9 i llest!<\/p>\n<h3><b>5. S\u00e8pia amb p\u00e8sols<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b><br \/>\nIngredients per 4 persones:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600g de s\u00e8pia<\/li>\n<li>500g de p\u00e8sols frescos<\/li>\n<li>2 cebes tendres<\/li>\n<li>mig got de vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>un got de brou de peix<\/li>\n<li>3 dents d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>pebre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n<li>i oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\nPer al brou de peix<\/b>: 2 porros, 1 pastanaga, 1 pebrot verd, mig cap, espines i pells de rap o llu\u00e7, 1 litre d&#8217;aigua, sal i una fulla de llorer.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Desgrana els p\u00e8sols i pica la ceba i l&#8217;all. Reserva. Neteja i talla la s\u00e8pia en quadrats i reserva-la per a m\u00e9s endavant. En una paella amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sofregeix la ceba juntament amb l&#8217;all. Quan la ceba comenci a estar daurada, afegeix la s\u00e8pia i despr\u00e9s de 4 minuts afegeix el vi blanc. Deixa-ho un minut i afegeix el brou de peix. Quan comenci a bullir, tapa-ho, i deixa-ho 10 minuts a foc lent. Afeigeix els p\u00e8sols i deixa-ho cuinar 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nPer al brou de peix:<\/b> Neteja les verdures i posa-les a coure en una olla amb l&#8217;aigua, un polsim de sal, el peix i el llorer. Quan comenci a bullir, deixa-ho coure a foc mitj\u00e0 durant 20 minutos i vves treient l&#8217;escuma. Cola-ho i llest!
