Una activitat f\u00edsica moderada i regular \u00e9s un pilar fonamental dins del que coneixem com un <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-adoptar-uns-habits-saludables\/\" target=\"_blank\">estil de vida saludable<\/a>. Mantenir-nos actius produeix nombrosos beneficis per al nostre organisme, tant f\u00edsics com de salut i psicol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Beneficis de l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica en el nostre organisme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Beneficis f\u00edsics:<\/strong> l&#8217;exercici ens ajuda a controlar el pes contribuint a la disminuci\u00f3 del percentatge de greix corporal, de manera que es redueix el risc de tenir sobrep\u00e8s o obesitat. A m\u00e9s, ens ajuda a millorar l&#8217;agilitat, a potenciar els reflexos, a augmentar la velocitat i a refor\u00e7ar la nostra resist\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Beneficis per a la salut:<\/strong> l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica contribueix a elevar els nivells de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/podem-viure-sense-colesterol-descobreix-com-mantenir-ho-ratlla\/\" target=\"_blank\">colesterol bo<\/a> (HDL) en l&#8217;organisme i a reduir els triglic\u00e8rids en sang. Tamb\u00e9, ajuda a reduir el risc de patir malalties cardiovasculars, hipertensi\u00f3 i <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/saps-la-diabetis\/\" target=\"_blank\">diabetis<\/a>, entre d&#8217;altres patologies. D&#8217;altra banda, contribueix a <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/sis-consells-per-cuidar-els-teus-ossos\/\" target=\"_blank\">enfortir els ossos<\/a> i augmentar la densitat \u00f2ssia, aix\u00ed com la musculatura i la maduraci\u00f3 del sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Beneficis psicol\u00f2gics:<\/strong> quan fem exercici s&#8217;estimula la producci\u00f3 de certes subst\u00e0ncies en el nostre cos que ens ajuden a reduir la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ansietat i depressi\u00f3, aix\u00ed com a augmentar la nostra autoestima. De la mateixa manera, mantenir-nos actius tamb\u00e9 pot ajudar a disminuir la tend\u00e8ncia a desenvolupar conductes agressives.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 puc fer per augmentar la meva activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Per deixar enrere el sedentarisme i mantenir-nos actius en el nostre dia a dia, hem de guardar temps per moure&#8217;ns. Et proposem algunes idees:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Surt a <strong>caminar 30 minuts cada dia<\/strong> o passeja pel teu poble o ciutat amb els teus \u00e9ssers estimats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; <strong>Inverteix temps en fer esport.<\/strong> Escull el que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi: c\u00f3rrer, jugar a futbol, a b\u00e0squet, a tennis o a p\u00e0del amb els teus amics, per exemple. I qu\u00e8 em dius d&#8217;una escapada en bici o ballar al ritme de la teva m\u00fasica preferida a la sala d&#8217;estar de casa?<\/p>\n<p>Guarda una estona del teu dia per practicar l&#8217;esport que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi, t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a relaxar-te i a desconnectar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Petits canvis, grans beneficis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De vegades, ens costa trobar un bon moment per fer esport a causa del nostre ritme diari, de manera que et proposem alternatives per augmentar l&#8217;activitat durant la teva jornada, petits canvis en el teu dia a dia que et proporcionaran grans beneficis!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Evita agafar el cotxe per anar d&#8217;aqu\u00ed cap all\u00e0. Intenta anar caminant a treballar, al supermercat o a fer enc\u00e0rrecs. D&#8217;aquesta manera, no nom\u00e9s contribuir\u00e0s al medi ambient, sin\u00f3 que augmentar\u00e0s la despesa energ\u00e8tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Puja per les escales en lloc d&#8217;agafar l&#8217;ascensor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Si tens gos, treu-lo a passejar fent footing en comptes de caminant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Aprofita per fer exercici mentre mires la televisi\u00f3: abdominals, pujar i baixar les cames sense que toquin el terra, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Realitzar les tasques de la llar tamb\u00e9 ajuda a augmentar el nostre despesa energ\u00e8tica i mantenir-nos menys sedentaris.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Activitats amb els m\u00e9s petits<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Adoptar uns h\u00e0bits de vida saludable \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil si els <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/cinc-consells-per-ensenyar-menjar-be-als-nens\/\" target=\"_blank\">comencem a integrar des de petits<\/a>. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important que evitem el sedentarisme en els m\u00e9s petits de la casa i potenciar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica dels nostres fills. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;activitats esportives extraescolars, podem realitzar exercici en fam\u00edlia aprofitant les bones temperatures que ens porta la primavera, com sortir a jugar al parc, fer excursions a la muntanya, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Mou-te i evita el sedentarisme, la teva salut t&#8217;ho agrair\u00e0!
