Per aquesta ra\u00f3, a continuaci\u00f3, es desmenteixen alguns d&#8217;aquells que estem m\u00e9s acostumats a escoltar. Vols saber m\u00e9s? No deixis de llegir!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. La pinya \u00e9s un aliment crema-greixos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">La pinya \u00e9s una fruita di\u00fcr\u00e8tica. Aquesta caracter\u00edstica fa que, en consumir aquest aliment, potenciem la p\u00e8rdua de l\u00edquid, fet que es veu reflectit a la b\u00e0scula mitjan\u00e7ant la disminuci\u00f3 del pes corporal, per\u00f2 la pinya no ajuda a cremar greixos, simplement, la p\u00e8rdua de pes \u00e9s deguda a una disminuci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids en l&#8217;organisme. A m\u00e9s, tenir una <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/cuida-la-teva-hidratacio-forma-sana-i-equilibrada-aquest-estiu\/\" target=\"_blank\">bona hidrataci\u00f3<\/a> (quantitat de l\u00edquid en el nostre cos) \u00e9s fonamental perqu\u00e8 aquest pugui funcionar.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Hi ha aliments bons i aliments dolents<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">No hi ha aliments bons ni aliments dolents, sin\u00f3 que hi ha dietes correctes i dietes incorrectes. Un aliment per si sol no cobreix les necessitats del nostre organisme, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s la suma de tots els aliments que prenem al llarg del dia el que marca una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable o no. Per exemple, les verdures s\u00f3n aliments saludables i necessaris per al nostre organisme (haurien d&#8217;estar presents tant en el menjar com en el sopar), per\u00f2 si nom\u00e9s prengu\u00e9ssim verdura, acabar\u00edem tenint un d\u00e8ficit nutricional, ja que no obtindr\u00edem tots els nutrients que el nostre cos necessita.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. La fruita de postres engreixa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Qualsevol aliment, el prenguem a l&#8217;hora que el prenguem, t\u00e9 la mateixa quantitat de calories. L&#8217;important \u00e9s l&#8217;equilibri entre el total de calories que consumim i gastem al llarg del dia, de manera que una alimentaci\u00f3 variada, equilibrada i suficient \u00e9s essencial per a la nostra salut. Per tant, la fruita de postres no ens engreixa m\u00e9s que presa en un altre moment del dia, sin\u00f3 que el que hem de fer \u00e9s menjar la quantitat suficient (ni quedar-nos amb gana, ni acabar els menjars molt plens), perqu\u00e8 el nostre cos obtingui les calories que necessita en cada \u00e0pat.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Els hidrats de carboni engreixen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El nostre organisme obt\u00e9 energia, principalment, dels <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/els-hidrats-de-carboni-dins-duna-alimentacio-equilibrada-variada-i-suficient\/\" target=\"_blank\">carbohidrats<\/a>, les prote\u00efnes i els greixos. En el cas dels carbohidrats, que haurien de representar el 50-60% del total de l&#8217;energia que consumim al llarg del dia, 1 gram equivaldria a 4Kcal. Aquesta equival\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica \u00e9s la mateixa que ens proporcionen les prote\u00efnes i inferior a la que ens aporten els greixos (1 gram de greix ens aporta 9Kcal). Com hem dit anteriorment, la base es troba en el total de calories que consumim al llarg del dia i la quantitat que gastem segons el nostre estil de vida i l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica que realitzem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El que contribueix a augmentar les calories s\u00f3n les salses que afegim a les nostres preparacions, l&#8217;exc\u00e9s d&#8217;oli, els embotits, la xocolata, la melmelada i altres condiments que fem servir per acompanyar aliments rics en carbohidrats (pa, pasta, cereals, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes\/arrossos\/\" target=\"_blank\">arr\u00f2s<\/a>, patata, etc.).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies i les intoler\u00e0ncies aliment\u00e0ries s\u00f3n el mateix<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Una al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia \u00e9s una reacci\u00f3 exagerada del nostre sistema immunitari (el nostre sistema de defensa) enfront d&#8217;una agent extern. Aquestes es donen front a algunes de les prote\u00efnes contingudes per aquest agent. Els s\u00edmptomes solen apar\u00e8ixer de manera gaireb\u00e9 immediata i pot perjudicar greument la salut i fins i tot provocar la mort. De diferent manera, una intoler\u00e0ncia \u00e9s la incapacitat o l&#8217;alteraci\u00f3 del nostre cos a l&#8217;hora de digerir certs nutrients.
