Per aquest motiu, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clarament reconeguda com un determinant de salut, doncs, entre altres factors, reflecteix el nostre estil de vida. Per tant, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 <strong>no ha de ser aliena a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral<\/strong>, m\u00e9s si es t\u00e9 en compte que el treball d&#8217;un empleat representa gran part del total d&#8217;hores que t\u00e9 el dia. Aix\u00ed que, ja saps: cuida la teva alimentaci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 a la feina.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Estat nutricional \u00f2ptim = major productivitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 laboral fa relativament pocs anys que va comen\u00e7ar a cobrar m\u00e9s import\u00e0ncia. De fet, segons dades de l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) <strong>una empresa pot augmentar la seva productivitat en un 20%, si els seus empleats tenen un estat nutricional \u00f2ptim<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 ho atribueixen al fet que molts treballadors solen fer esmorzars de poca quantitat cal\u00f2rica i mala qualitat per afrontar la jornada laboral, aix\u00ed com, per contra, dinars molt cal\u00f2rics amb refrescs ensucrats i aliments molt greixosos que poden generar digestions pesades amb un menor rendiment f\u00edsic i mental.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, la gran majoria de treballadors es veuen obligats a menjar fora de casa, ja sigui en un <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/consells-per-menjar-de-restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\">restaurant<\/a>, a la cafeteria del mateix centre de treball o de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/idees-saboroses-per-menjar-de-tupper\/\" target=\"_blank\">carmanyola<\/a>. En aquest sentit, les seves eleccions per menjar dependran, entre altres factors, del coneixement que tinguin en refer\u00e8ncia a una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i al nivell d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a aliments sans.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 significa mantenir una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable a la feina?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mantenir una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable a la feina simplement implica tenir en compte tots els aliments que consumim al llarg del dia, <strong>prestant atenci\u00f3 a la varietat i l&#8217;equilibri entre els aliments i el lloc en el qual ens els anem a prendre<\/strong>, per la qual cosa \u00e9s molt important una bona planificaci\u00f3 per no repetir sempre els mateixos aliments i evitar la monotonia. En aquest sentit, cal tenir en compte, tamb\u00e9, la quantitat d&#8217;energia que consumim di\u00e0riament, que haur\u00e0 d&#8217;estar d&#8217;acord amb la nostra activitat, m\u00e9s o menys activa, sexe i edat.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, et presentem 7 consells que esperem que et serveixin per optimitzar el teu planificaci\u00f3 i per seguir una alimentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s saludable durant la teva jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Fraccionament:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Realitza 5 \u00e0pats al dia. S&#8217;acostuma a restar import\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;esmorzar i el berenar, ja que moltes persones sovint no realitzen aquests \u00e0pats, per\u00f2 \u00e9s important escollir aliments saludables en aquestes preses tamb\u00e9. Procura aportar aliments saludables en l&#8217;esmorzar i el berenar, per exemple, una pe\u00e7a de fruita, un iogurt natural amb fruits secs crus o un entrep\u00e0 integral de gall dindi, formatge, tonyina, etc.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Porta el teu menjar:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Inverteix uns minuts a la preparaci\u00f3 del menjar a casa, o fins i tot, cuina de m\u00e9s la nit anterior. Planifica&#8217;t i emporta&#8217;t una carmanyola i evita menjar en un restaurant o a la cafeteria del centre de treball. A m\u00e9s, la teva butxaca ho agrair\u00e0!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Varietat:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Elabora o escull preparacions diferents en el teu menjar, aix\u00ed evitar\u00e0s la monotonia. Una manera senzilla i efectiva per aconseguir que el teu menjar sigui equilibrat i variat \u00e9s seguint el m\u00e8tode del plat. Imagina&#8217;t un plat, ja que la meitat d&#8217;aquest, ha d&#8217;estar ple de vegetals (amanides variades, pur\u00e9s, guarnicions, etc.), una quarta part ha de contenir aliments rics en hidrats de carboni complexos (pa, pasta, arr\u00f2s, patata, llegums, etc.), i, finalment, en la quarta part restant has d&#8217;incloure aliments rics en prote\u00efna animal (carns magres, peix o ou) o prote\u00efna vegetal (llegums, tofu, seitan, etc.).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Postres:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">De postres aposta per la fruita o el iogurt natural.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>6.
