{"id":2838,"date":"2017-05-22T07:51:28","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T06:51:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/?p=2838"},"modified":"2017-05-22T07:51:28","modified_gmt":"2017-05-22T06:51:28","slug":"dia-nacional-de-la-nutricio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/dia-nacional-de-la-nutricio\/","title":{"rendered":"28 de maig: Dia Nacional de la Nutrici\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 28 de maig se celebra el <strong>Dia Nacional de la Nutrici\u00f3<\/strong> com a iniciativa de la Federaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Societats de Nutrici\u00f3, Alimentaci\u00f3 i Diet\u00e8tica (FESNAD) en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres entitats. \u00c9s un dia en el qual es pret\u00e9n conscienciar la poblaci\u00f3 sobre la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;adoptar uns h\u00e0bits saludables per a tota la vida, i en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;organitzen activitats diverses com tallers o formacions al voltant d&#8217;un tema concret. Aquest any el lema \u00e9s <strong>&#8220;Aquest any et portem a l&#8217;hort&#8221;<\/strong>. Vols saber m\u00e9s? No deixis de llegir!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 sabem dels aliments de l&#8217;horta?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dins dels aliments que podem trobar en un hort es troben diferents tipus de verdures, hortalisses i fruites, aliments imprescindibles per a una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9, esp\u00e8cies o herbes arom\u00e0tiques que donaran als teus plats sabors \u00fanics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La recomanaci\u00f3 sobre el consum de fruites i verdures \u00e9s de 5 racions al dia<\/strong>, per\u00f2, com aconseguirem ingerir aquestes quantitats? Molt f\u00e0cil! Consumeix un m\u00ednim de 3 peces al dia de fruites, ja sigui al mat\u00ed, com a postres o per la tarda. D&#8217;altra banda, s&#8217;haurien de prendre, almenys, 2 racions de verdures i hortalisses al dia, \u00a1reparteix-les entre el dinar i el sopar! 1 raci\u00f3 equival a 200g de verdures i hortalisses aproximadament. Si segueixes aquests consells, tindr\u00e0s les teves\u00a05 al dia!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quins beneficis ens aporta el consum dels aliments de l&#8217;horta?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les <strong>fruites<\/strong> s\u00f3n, generalment, riques en aigua, i el seu valor energ\u00e8tic dep\u00e8n, majorit\u00e0riament, de la quantitat de carbohidrats que contenen. En general, s\u00f3n aliments amb quantitats interessants de vitamines i minerals, fibra i subst\u00e0ncies antioxidants, tots ells fonamentals per al correcte funcionament del nostre cos. Cada fruita t\u00e9 caracter\u00edstiques diferents i les seves propietats organol\u00e8ptiques varien tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;unes a altres, fet que afavoreix el consum variat d&#8217;aquest grup d&#8217;aliments en el nostre dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les verdures i les hortalisses<\/strong>, igual que les fruites, s\u00f3n aliments rics en aigua, de manera que contribueixen a complementar la ingesta di\u00e0ria de l\u00edquids. Normalment, presenten un baix valor cal\u00f2ric, aix\u00ed com de macronutrients (hidrats de carboni, prote\u00efnes i l\u00edpids), per\u00f2 alt en fibra, vitamines, minerals i altres subst\u00e0ncies antioxidants.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aliments de l&#8217;horta, aliments frescos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El consum d&#8217;aliments frescos provinents de l&#8217;hort\u00a0<strong>pot resultar molt benefici\u00f3s per a la nostra salut<\/strong>. Quan ens acostem <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/mercado-o-supermercado\/\" target=\"_blank\">al mercat o al supermercat<\/a> a comprar, i escollim aliments frescos, contribu\u00efm a despla\u00e7ar el consum d&#8217;aliments processats que, en general, contribueixen a fer un exc\u00e9s de certs nutrients per sobre de les recomanacions establertes pels professionals de la salut. Si, a m\u00e9s, escollim aliments de temporada, augmentem no nom\u00e9s la qualitat nutricional del producte, sin\u00f3 que incrementem, tamb\u00e9, les seves propietats organol\u00e8ptiques (sabor, textura i aroma).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com preparo els aliments de l&#8217;hort?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En el cas de les fruites, es poden prendre soles, en sucs o liquats naturals, en maced\u00f2nia, amb iogurt, al forn, en amanides&#8230; Deixa volar la teva imaginaci\u00f3!<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a les verdures i les hortalisses, es recomana <strong>anar alternant el seu consum entre crues i cuinades<\/strong>. Per anar variant la presa crua, podem utilitzar la nostra imaginaci\u00f3 per crear tot tipus d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/categoria-receptes\/amanida\/\" target=\"_blank\">amanides<\/a> o gaspatxos, per exemple. D&#8217;aquesta manera, es conserven les vitamines menys resistents a la calor, com la C, que podem perdre en el cuinat. Per contra, per a la cocci\u00f3, podem rec\u00f3rrer a la planxa, al vapor, al microones, al forn, a la papillota&#8230; totes les t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries s\u00f3n v\u00e0lides!<\/p>\n<p>Suma&#8217;t al lema d&#8217;enguany del Dia Nacional de la Nutrici\u00f3 i incorpora aquests vegetals a la teva\u00a0alimentaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria.
