Avui et presentem 5 delicioses receptes per cuinar-les, perqu\u00e8 tant tu com la resta de la fam\u00edlia, pugueu gaudir d&#8217;aquests aliments di\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Alberg\u00ednies farcides<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 alberg\u00ednia petita, \u00bd ceba, \u00bd pebrot verd i \u00bd pebrot vermell petits, 1 llauna de tonyina, tom\u00e0quet natural triturat, formatge per gratinar, sal, pebre, alf\u00e0brega i oli d&#8217;oliva verge.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta els ingredients. Talla les alberg\u00ednies per la meitat i posa-les al forn\u00a0durant 15 minuts. Mentrestant, talla les verdures en trossos petits i salta-les en una paella. Buida les alberg\u00ednies amb ajuda d&#8217;una cullera, talla-les en trossos petits i afegeix-los a la resta de verdures. Afegeix el tom\u00e0quet natural triturat i la tonyina, salpebra, afegeix un polsim d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega i sofregeix durant 3 minuts a foc lent. Omple les alberg\u00ednies amb el sofregit, afegeix formatge ratllat a la part superior i gratinar. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Saltat de verdures amb rap<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">100g de rap sense espines, 70g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati-brajma-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Basmati Brajma Nomen<\/a>, \u00bd alberg\u00ednia petita, \u00bd carbass\u00f3, \u00bd ceba, \u00bc de porro, 1 pastanaga, 1 tom\u00e0quet, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal, pebre i salsa de soja.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Bull l&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Basmati Brajma Nomen durant 10 minuts. Mentrestant, renta el peix i les verdures. En una paella, amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, cuina el peix. Talla les verdures en tires fines i salta-les en una altra paella durant 10 minuts aproximadament. Salpebra. Afegeix el peix, l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i un rajol\u00ed de salsa de soja. Salta-ho tot junt 5 minuts a foc lent. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Tallarines de carbass\u00f3 amb pesto<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 carbass\u00f3, 4 cullerades de parmes\u00e0 en pols, 20 g d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega fresca, \u00bd grapat de pinyons, 1 gra d&#8217;all, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pica l&#8217;alf\u00e0brega juntament amb els pinyons, el gra\u00a0d&#8217;all, 2 cullerades de parmes\u00e0 en pols i una mica de sal. Afegeix una cullerada d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge i remou fins que quedi m\u00e9s o menys homogeni. Pela el carbass\u00f3 i, amb ajuda del pelador, fes tires de carbass\u00f3 simulant les tallarines. Escalfa un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge en una paella i afegeix el carbass\u00f3 uns minuts. Serveix-los en un plat i afegeix la salsa pesto per sobre al costat de dos cullerades de parmes\u00e0. Salpebra i llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Timbal de verdures amb romesco<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00bd alberg\u00ednia, \u00bd carbass\u00f3 petit, \u00bd ceba, 50g de formatge ratllat, 2 nyores, 2 grans d&#8217;all, 2 tom\u00e0quets madurs, 1 bitxo, 10 ametlles torrades, 1 llesca de pa, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, vinagre, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta i talla les verdures en rodanxes i fica-les al forn\u00a0fins que estiguin cuinades. Mentre, posa les nyores en aigua t\u00e8bia per estovar i enretira-hi\u00a0la carn. Fes\u00a0el tom\u00e0quet i l&#8217;all al forn. Torra la llesca de pa i suca-la\u00a0en vinagre. En un morter, pica l&#8217;all, el tom\u00e0quet, la carn de les nyores, el bitxo, les ametlles i el pa torrat i barreja-ho b\u00e9. Sense deixar de remenar, afegeix oli d&#8217;oliva verge, vinagre, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Col\u00b7loca una llesca d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia i sobre aquesta, una de carbass\u00f3 i una mica de ceba, salsa romesco i repeteix el proc\u00e9s. Finalment, afegeix el formatge ratllat, gratina i llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Coliflor gratinada<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">190g de coliflor, 50g de formatge blau, 2 cullerades de farina, 3 cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, 300ml de llet, nou moscada, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Neteja i talla la coliflor mantenint els ramells (arbres) que la formen. Posa aigua a bullir i cuina durant 15 minuts. Passat aquest temps, enretira&#8217;ls\u00a0i deixa&#8217;ls reposar. Mentrestant, en un cass\u00f3, afegeix 3 cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge juntament amb\u00a0la farina i sense deixar de remenar, deixa que es cogui una mica. Afegeix la llet i bat fins que quedi homogeni. La quantitat de llet que hi afegiu al plat far\u00e0 que la consist\u00e8ncia sigui m\u00e9s o menys l\u00edquida. Salpebra i ratlla nou moscada. Quan comenci a bullir, retira-la del foc i afegeix el formatge blau. Col\u00b7loca la coliflor en una safata per al forn i cobreix-la amb la salsa beixamel.
