Amanida al pesto<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">50g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/nomen-blat-tendre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Blat Tendre Nomen<\/a>, 50g d&#8217;enciam, 40g de formatge fresc, 40g de daus\u00a0de gall dindi, 6 tom\u00e0quets cherrys, 6 olives, 30g de ceba, 5g d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega, \u00bc de gra d&#8217;all, pinyons, 1 cullerada de parmes\u00e0, oli d&#8217;oliva verge i sal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Per a la salsa pesto:<\/strong> en un morter pica els pinyons, l&#8217;alf\u00e0brega, l&#8217;all, el parmes\u00e0 i una mica de sal, afegeix oli d&#8217;oliva verge i barreja b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Per a l&#8217;amanida:<\/strong>\u00a0en una olla bullint cuina el Blat Tendre Nomen durant 10 minuts. Deixa-ho refredar i reserva. Mentrestant, renta els vegetals i talla els tom\u00e0quets i les olives per la meitat, i la ceba en trossos fins i petits. En un bol afegeix l&#8217;enciam, el formatge fresc, el gall dindi, els cherrys, les olives, la ceba i el blat tendre. Barreja-ho b\u00e9 i afegeix la salsa pesto. Remou i llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Fregeix-los en una paella amb oli d&#8217;oliva verge i deixa&#8217;ls reposar en un plat cobert amb paper de cuina. Renta els vegetals i talla el tom\u00e0quet, la ceba, el cogombre i els pebrots en trossos petits. Talla el pollastre a daus i junta tots els ingredients en un bol.
