A m\u00e9s, preferim passar m\u00e9s temps a l&#8217;aire lliure que tancats en la nostra cuina, per aix\u00f2, en l&#8217;article d&#8217;avui et presentem 5 receptes refrescants: idees f\u00e0cils, r\u00e0pides i saboroses que pots preparar aquest estiu a la teva cuina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vols con\u00e8ixer-les? Si \u00e9s aix\u00ed, no deixis de llegir!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Gaspatxo de cireres<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">500g de tom\u00e0quets madurs, 100g de cireres, \u00bd ceba tendra, 10g de pebrot verd, 30g de molles de pa, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, vinagre de xer\u00e8s, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Posa la molla de pa en un bol amb aigua. Renta els vegetals i talla el tom\u00e0quet, la ceba tendra i el pebrot, i desossa les cireres. En un recipient apte per a batre, afegeix els tom\u00e0quets, les cireres, la ceba tendra, els pebrots i la molla de pa. Tritura-ho tot junt i passa-ho per un passapur\u00e9. Afegeix un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, una cullerada de vinagre de xer\u00e8s i salpebra. Torna a triturar i deixa-ho refredar a la nevera. Llest!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Si les cireres no s\u00f3n el teu fort, pots substituir-les per altres fruites com la s\u00edndria!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Sopa freda de mel\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">200g de mel\u00f3, 50g de pernil serr\u00e0, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Talla el mel\u00f3 retirant la pell. Col\u00b7loca en un recipient apte per a batre, salpebra i tritura fins que quedi ben homogeni. Talla el pernil en forma d&#8217;encenalls. Serveix la sopa de mel\u00f3 en un plat, afegeix els encenalls de pernil per sobre, salpebra i afegeix un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli. Llest!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Si vols donar-li una consist\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s espessa, afegeix una porci\u00f3 de formatge crema!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Amanida de quinoa amb nectarina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">60g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes\/gran-seleccio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Les Teves Receptes amb Quinoa Nomen<\/a>, 1 tom\u00e0quet, 1 pastanaga, \u00bd cogombre, \u00bd alvocat, 1 nectarina, un grapat de nous, llavors de s\u00e8sam, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, vinagre, i sal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta els ingredients. En una olla posa la quinoa a bullir, uns 15 minuts. Mentrestant, talla el tom\u00e0quet, la pastanaga, el cogombre, l&#8217;alvocat i la nectarina a trossos petits. Pica les nous i reserva. En un plat, afegeix la quinoa amb la resta d&#8217;ingredients. Empolvora llavors de s\u00e8sam per sobre, amaneix i llest!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Vols donar-li un toc especial? Prepara una vinagreta casolana de mostassa o mel!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Sardines a la planxa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4 sardines, all, julivert, oli d&#8217;oliva verge i sal grossa.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pica l&#8217;all i el julivert en un morter. Afegeix una cullerada d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i barreja b\u00e9. En una paella, afegeix un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge i cuina les sardines. Empolvora sal grossa i afegeix la barreja del morter. Llest!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Si prefereixes, en comptes d&#8217;all i julivert, pots preparar una base de pur\u00e9 de pastanaga fred, i col\u00b7locar a sobre les sardines en servir, \u00a1el contrast de sabors \u00e9s delici\u00f3s!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Tabul\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">60g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cous Cous Nomen<\/a>, 1 tom\u00e0quet, \u00bd cogombre, 1 ceba, 20g formatge feta, olives negres, \u00bd llimona, fulles de menta, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Posa una olla amb aigua a escalfar, quan comenci a bullir, apaga el foc i afegeix el cous cous deixant-lo reposar 5 minuts. Ha de contenir la mateixa quantitat d&#8217;aigua que de cous cous. Renta els vegetals i talla&#8217;ls en daus petits. Esprem mitja llimona i reserva el suc. Talla el formatge feta i pica les olives negres. En un plat, serveix el cous cous, afegeix el tom\u00e0quet, la ceba tendra, el cogombre, el formatge feta, les olives negres i el suc de llimona. Pica les fulles de menta i afegeix-les al tabul\u00e9.
