Tamb\u00e9 pots substituir-lo per begudes vegetals o llet sense lactosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Cereals com el pa, el musli, la civada, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Deixa volar la teva imaginaci\u00f3 per combinar aquests aliments i gaudeix de berenars diferents cada dia! A continuaci\u00f3, et presentem algunes idees:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Torrada d&#8217;alvocat, formatge crema i tom\u00e0quet<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Una llesca de pa de llavors, mig alvocat, 20 g de formatge crema i 1 tom\u00e0quet.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Torra el pa. Mentrestant, renta el tom\u00e0quet i talla&#8217;l a rodanxes. Escampa el formatge crema sobre la torrada, afegeix el tom\u00e0quet i, a sobre d&#8217;aquest, l&#8217;alvocat. Si vols donar-li un toc especial, escampa nous triturades o una mica de pebre vermell dol\u00e7. \u00a1Per llepar-se els dits!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Porridge amb beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">125ml de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Beguda d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a>, 1 pl\u00e0tan i 30g de musli.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">En un bol afegeix la Beguda d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Nomen. Talla el pl\u00e0tan i agrega&#8217;l al bol juntament amb el\u00a0musli. F\u00e0cil i sabor\u00f3s! Pots escollir la fruita que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi, per\u00f2 el pl\u00e0tan combina molt b\u00e9 amb aquesta beguda i el musli.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Entrep\u00e0 de pa integral amb formatge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">60g de pa integral, dos talls de formatge, mig tom\u00e0quet, oli d&#8217;oliva verge i sal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Talla el pa per la meitat, unta el tom\u00e0quet, afegeix un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli, un pessic de sal i reparteix el formatge al llarg de l&#8217;entrep\u00e0. Senzill i saludable! Fes canvis en el teu entrep\u00e0 (tipus de pa i l&#8217;interior) per augmentar la variabilitat i acompanya&#8217;l amb una pe\u00e7a de fruita!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Hummus amb palets de pastanaga<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">125g de cigrons, mitja llimona, 1 cullerada de tahini, mig gra d&#8217;all, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, un pessic de sal, julivert fresc i pastanaga.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Cou els cigrons en una olla amb aigua. Mentrestant, pela i pica l&#8217;all, esprem la llimona i reserva el suc. Un cop cuinats els cigrons, cola&#8217;ls\u00a0i reserva una tassa d&#8217;aigua de cocci\u00f3. En un recipient apte per a batre, tritura els cigrons juntament amb l&#8217;aigua de cocci\u00f3 fins que quedi ben homogeni. Afegeix el suc de llimona, l&#8217;all, el tahini i barreja b\u00e9 fins que quedi tot ben consistent. Afegeix oli d&#8217;oliva verge, un pessic de sal i el julivert picat. Renta i pela la pastanaga, talla-la en tires per poder untar b\u00e9 en l&#8217;hummus i llest! Guarda l&#8217;hummus en un tupper petit i emporta&#8217;t el teu berenar on vulguis!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Pa de pessic casol\u00e0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">250g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-de-blat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Farina de Blat Nomen<\/a>, 1 iogurt natural, 3 ous grans, 150g de sucre mor\u00e8, 1 sobre de llevat, 80 g d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Posa el forn a preescalfar a 180\u00baC. Barreja el llevat amb la farina. Bat els ous amb el sucre i, sense deixar de batre, afegeix el iogurt i l&#8217;oli. Quan estigui tot ben homogeni deixa-ho reposar uns minuts. Unta una mica d&#8217;oli en un motlle per coure, afegeix la massa del pa de pessic i cuina&#8217;l al voltant de mitja hora. Per saber si el pa de pessic est\u00e0 cuinat, clava la punta d&#8217;un ganivet al centre, quan surti net, el teu pa de pessic est\u00e0 llest! Amb aquestes mesures tens unes 6-8 racions de pa de pessic, de manera que comparteix el teu\u00a0berenar amb uns amics i acompanyeu amb un suc de taronja natural!<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 t&#8217;han semblat aquestes idees?
