No deixis de llegir!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Caracter\u00edstiques dels aliments d&#8217;estiu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La naturalesa s&#8217;adapta als canvis clim\u00e0tics i de l&#8217;entorn segons l&#8217;\u00e8poca de l&#8217;any en qu\u00e8 ens trobem: hivern, primavera, estiu i tardor. D&#8217;aquesta manera, mentre que a l&#8217;hivern trobem fruites i verdures m\u00e9s concentrades nutricionalment, a l&#8217;estiu s\u00f3n, de manera general, <strong>m\u00e9s riques en aigua i m\u00e9s refrescants per tal d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/cuida-la-teva-hidratacio-forma-sana-i-equilibrada-aquest-estiu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hidratar-nos<\/a> m\u00e9s en els dies de calor.<\/strong> De la mateixa manera, a la primavera i la tardor, la natura ens presenta aliments de transici\u00f3 entre el fred i la calor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aliments t\u00edpics d&#8217;aquesta \u00e8poca de l&#8217;any<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A l&#8217;estiu apareixen <strong>fruites, verdures i hortalisses<\/strong> com la s\u00edndria, el mel\u00f3, el pr\u00e9ssec, la nectarina, les prunes, les cireres, els albercocs, el rave, el cogombre, el tom\u00e0quet, l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia, etc., i augmenta la <strong>pesca<\/strong> de sardines, bonitos, calamars i seitons. Vols saber m\u00e9s sobre algun d&#8217;aquests? A continuaci\u00f3 t&#8217;ho expliquem!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Mel\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Aproximadament el 80% del mel\u00f3 est\u00e0 compost d&#8217;aigua, i el seu contingut en sucres \u00e9s moderat. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s ric en fibra, en minerals com el potassi o el magnesi, i en vitamines com la C i precursors de vitamina A. De sabor dol\u00e7 i refrescant, aquesta fruita \u00e9s molt vers\u00e0til a la gastronomia, podent-se incorporar a l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria en amanides , en entrants com el mel\u00f3 amb pernil o la sopa freda, en sorbets o com a pe\u00e7a sencera.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Cogombre<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Encara que avui dia el cogombre es pot trobar tot l&#8217;any a causa del seu cultiu en hivernacles, es tracta d&#8217;un aliment d&#8217;estiu. T\u00e9 un baix contingut en calories, ja que \u00e9s ric en aigua i, comparat amb altres hortalisses, baix en carbohidrats. \u00c9s ric en fibra i en el seu contingut en vitamines i minerals: destaca la vitamina C, precursors de vitamina A, vitamina E i potassi. \u00c9s un aliment molt refrescant que es pot afegir a tot tipus d&#8217;amanides, aix\u00ed com un ingredient t\u00edpic de gaspatxos.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Seit\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El seit\u00f3 \u00e9s un peix blau que viu en aig\u00fces profundes. Durant els mesos de primavera i estiu, en qu\u00e8 el sol escalfa l&#8217;aigua del mar i els oceans, aquest peix puja a la superf\u00edcie de l&#8217;aigua per alimentar-se i reproduir-se. \u00c9s ric en \u00e0cids grassos omega 3, prote\u00efna d&#8217;alta qualitat, algunes vitamines com la D o la A, i minerals com el magnesi, el iode o el ferro. A m\u00e9s, quan es consumeix sencer (incloent les seves espines) aporta tamb\u00e9 calci. Molt apreciat en la gastronomia, el seit\u00f3 es pot consumir a la planxa, arrebossat, fregit, en amanides, en vinagre, en conserves &#8230; \u00e9s un peix molt vers\u00e0til!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Per qu\u00e8 escollir aliments d&#8217;estiu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De la mateixa manera que <strong>variem les nostres preparacions<\/strong> segons l&#8217;\u00e8poca de l&#8217;any, ja que a l&#8217;estiu solem cuinar plats m\u00e9s frescos i lleugers com amanides, gaspatxos, etc., escollir aliments d&#8217;estiu ens <strong>permet variar m\u00e9s la nostra alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong> introduint aliments dels diferents grups a la nostra dieta. A m\u00e9s, els aliments de temporada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s atractius per als nostres sentits, ja que es troben en el moment de <strong>m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3 de sabor, textura, olor i aroma<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com en el seu moment m\u00e0xim de maduraci\u00f3, atorgant-los una <strong>major concentraci\u00f3 de tots els seus nutrients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 no tot es redueix al nostre paladar i la nostra nutrici\u00f3, els aliments de temporada s\u00f3n aquells en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;ha respectat el cicle natural de creixement i collita, de manera que es contribueix a una <strong>major sostenibilitat de l&#8217;entorn<\/strong>.
