No deixis que l&#8217;estiu sigui un impediment per seguir cuidant-te! En aquest article et donem uns consells que esperem et resultin molt pr\u00e0ctics per ajudar a cuidar-te durant aquesta \u00e8poca de l&#8217;any. Cuida la teva alimentaci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 a l&#8217;estiu!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L&#8217;amanida, la gran aliada de l&#8217;estiu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/categoria-receptes\/amanida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">amanides<\/a> s\u00f3n un plat molt recurrent a l&#8217;estiu. Un menjar fresc, senzill i r\u00e0pit de preparar. Hi ha infinitat d&#8217;opcions diferents per a elaborar-les, ja sigui amb enciam, amanida de llenties, de pasta o de cigrons&#8230; Deixa volar la teva imaginaci\u00f3 i treu l&#8217;artista que portes dins!<\/p>\n<p>Pots prendre-la com a primer plat o plat \u00fanic, cosa que et resultar\u00e0 molt \u00fatil si vols portar-la en un <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/categoria-receptes\/ideals-per-a-tupper\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tupper<\/a> a la platja. Nom\u00e9s has de fer una bona combinaci\u00f3 amb els aliments que necessites perqu\u00e8 sigui completa! Afegint carbohidrats complexos (pasta integral, llegums, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-amb-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quinoa<\/a>&#8230;), verdures o hortalisses, i prote\u00efna (tonyina, salm\u00f3, pollastre, gall dindi&#8230;). Tamb\u00e9 pots donar-li un toc m\u00e9s cruixent a les teves amanides afegint alguns fruits secs o llavors.<\/p>\n<p>Si te la portes a la platja, evita posar-li ou o qualsevol salsa a base d&#8217;ou, ja que la calor pot espatllar-lo f\u00e0cilment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com amanir-la?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Per amanir les amanides o altres receptes, el m\u00e9s recomanable \u00e9s no abusar de les salses prefabricades i copioses que, a part de poc saludables, poden resultar pesades durant l&#8217;estiu. Pots fer una vinagreta amb oli d&#8217;oliva, vinagre, sal i pebre per donar un gust especial. Tamb\u00e9 pots optar per suc de llimona o taronja per donar un toc \u00e0cid que tamb\u00e9 combina fenomenal amb moltes amanides.<\/p>\n<p>Si ets de sabors m\u00e9s atrevits, pots fer una salsa de iogurt casolana, fer servir salsa de soja&#8230; Imaginaci\u00f3 al poder!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Per als amants del gaspatxo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si t&#8217;agrada el gaspatxo, saps que \u00e9s un plat que no pot faltar en aquesta \u00e8poca de l&#8217;any. En estar fet b\u00e0sicament de verdures i hortalisses \u00e9s una opci\u00f3 s\u00faper nutritiva i fresqueta com a primer plat, aix\u00ed que aprofita-ho i gaudeix de les seves propietats sense renunciar a un gran sabor!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Massa calor per fer esport?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s veritat que, amb aquesta calor, hi ha hores del dia en qu\u00e8 no \u00e9s molt recomanable sortir al carrer a c\u00f3rrer, per exemple, per\u00f2 no deixis que la calor es converteixi en una excusa per no mantenir-te actiu.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha moltes opcions a l&#8217;abast de totes les possibilitats. Fer alguna excursi\u00f3 a la muntanya o fer exercicis a la piscina: \u00e9s la teva oportunitat per provar una classe d&#8217;aquagym! Fes servir menys el cotxe i aprofita el bon temps per sortir a fer una passejada. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, no oblidis sortir en aquelles hores que el sol \u00e9s menys intens i usar protecci\u00f3 solar sempre que surtis al carrer.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Estigues ben hidratat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s imprescindible mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3, sobretot en aquesta \u00e8poca de l&#8217;any. Quan et vingui de gust alguna beguda freda, intenta evitar aquelles opcions m\u00e9s recurrents com les begudes carbonatades i\/o ensucrades.
