Amanida de quinoa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">150g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-amb-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Teves Receptes amb Quinoa<\/a> Nomen, 150g de salm\u00f3 fumat, 2 tom\u00e0quets d&#8217;amanida, 3 pastanagues, 12 olives negres, 1 alvocat, 50g de pebrot vermell, 20g de nous, 1 llimona petit, 4 grans d&#8217;all, 4 de tom\u00e0quets secs , oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta b\u00e9 la quinoa i cuina en una olla amb aigua bullint. Hi hauria d&#8217;haver el triple d&#8217;aigua que de quinoa. Renta i trosseja els vegetals en trossos petits. Junta la quinoa amb els tom\u00e0quets, la pastanaga, les olives, l&#8217;alvocat, el pebrot i el salm\u00f3 en un bol. Pica les nous i afegeix tamb\u00e9. Esprem la llimona i reserva el seu suc. En un morter, pica l&#8217;all amb una mica de sal i pebre. Afegeix els tom\u00e0quets secs tallats a trossos petits i fins, el suc de llimona i l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge. Barreja b\u00e9 i reparteix la vinagreta sobre l&#8217;amanida. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Saltat de quinoa amb verdures<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">250g de Les Teves Receptes amb Quinoa Nomen, 1 carbass\u00f3, 3 pastanagues, 40g de brots de soja, 2 grans d&#8217;all, 1 ceba tendra, 1 pebrot groc i 1 pebrot verd, salsa de soja, cruixent de s\u00e8sam i sal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta la quinoa amb for\u00e7a aigua. En una olla, amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva s\u00e1ltala i, quan comenci a daurar, afegeix 750 ml d&#8217;aigua. Quan comenci a bullir, tapa-ho i deixa-ho cuinar durant 15 minuts aproximadament. Mentrestant, renta els vegetals. Pica l&#8217;all i la ceba tendra i daura&#8217;ls en una paella amb un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva a foc mitj\u00e0. Talla el carbass\u00f3 i els pebrots ben petits, i ratlla la pastanaga. Agrega tamb\u00e9 a la paella. Baixa el foc al m\u00ednim i afegeix la quinoa al costat de la salsa de soja, salpebra i, despr\u00e9s de dos minuts retira-ho del foc. Pollastre al curri amb arr\u00f2s i quinoa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">200g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-per-acompanyar-amb-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Teves Receptes per Acompanyar amb Quinoa<\/a> Nomen, 2 pits de pollastre mitjanes, 1 ceba, 2 grans d&#8217;all, 250 ml de beguda de coco, 2 cullerades de curri, 1 cullerada de c\u00farcuma, \u00bd cullerada de gingebre, \u00bd cullerada de canyella, 1 cullerada de caf\u00e8 de clau i 1 cullerada de caf\u00e8 de nou moscada, oli d&#8217;oliva verge i sal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta la quinoa i l&#8217;arr\u00f2s de Les Teves Receptes per Acompanyar amb Quinoa, i posa-ho en una olla amb el triple d&#8217;aigua al foc. Quan comenci a bullir, tapa i baixa el foc al m\u00ednim i deixa cuinar durant 16 minuts. Mentrestant, pica la ceba i daura-la en una paella amb un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Trosseja el pollastre i cuina&#8217;l volta i volta en una altra paella. En un morter, pica l&#8217;all juntament amb les esp\u00e8cies i agrega-ho a la paella amb la ceba. Incorpora tamb\u00e9 el pollastre i, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;uns minuts, la beguda de coco. Remou b\u00e9 i deixa-ho reposar uns minuts amb el foc al m\u00ednim. Hamburguesa de quinoa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">300g de Les Teves Receptes amb Quinoa Nomen, 2 pastanagues, 2 cebes, 5 cullerades de flocs de civada, 2 grans d&#8217;all, 2 ous, 50 g <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/pa-ratllat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pa Ratllat Nomen<\/a>, julivert, farigola, orenga, sal i oli d&#8217;oliva verge.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta b\u00e9 la quinoa amb aigua. Posa una olla amb el triple d&#8217;aigua que de quinoa al foc i, quan comenci a bullir, tapa-ho i baixa el foc al m\u00ednim, deixant que es cuini uns 15 minuts aproximadament. Mentrestant, renta els vegetals i talla la ceba i l&#8217;all. En un recipient apte per a batre, afegeix els ous, la ceba, l&#8217;all, el julivert, una mica de sal, l&#8217;orenga i la farigola. Bat fins que quedi homogeni. Incorpora la quinoa i la civada i barreja b\u00e9. Ratlla la pastanaga i afegeix-la tamb\u00e9 a la barreja. Perqu\u00e8 la massa agafi cos, afegeix el Pa Ratllat Nomen i reserva una mica per arrebossar. D\u00f3na forma a les hamburgueses, passa-les pel pa ratllat volta i vola i, en una paella amb un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, cuina-les per tots dos costats.
