Si b\u00e9 trobem una gran varietat de receptes d&#8217;entrants, plats principals i segons, trobar <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/categoria-receptes\/postres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">receptes de postres<\/a> saludables per a tota la fam\u00edlia \u00e9s menys habitual. Quan fem un apat, moltes vegades ometem les postres per falta de gana o de costum, per\u00f2 l&#8217;ideal seria deixar un foradet en el nostre est\u00f3mac per completar el nostre menjar amb una pe\u00e7a de fruita o un iogurt. Per\u00f2, recorda que la monotonia no va de la m\u00e0 d&#8217;<strong>una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<\/strong>! Per aix\u00f2, en l&#8217;article d&#8217;avui t&#8217;oferim 5<strong> receptes de postres saludables<\/strong>, per a quatre persones, <strong>a base de fruites i lactis o <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/begudes-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">begudes vegetals<\/a><\/strong>. T&#8217;animes a incloure alguna en el teu men\u00fa setmanal? No et perdis aquestes receptes, segueix llegint!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Copa de iogurt i fruita<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4 iogurts naturals, 7 peces de fruita i canyella en pols.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta i talla la fruita a trossos mitjans. Bat el iogurt perqu\u00e8 quedi crem\u00f3s i reparteix-lo, juntament amb els trossos de fruita, en 4 bols diferents. Empolvora una mica de canyella en pols per sobre i llest! Simple, f\u00e0cil i delici\u00f3s!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Maced\u00f2nia de fruites<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">600g de fruita al gust i 3 taronges.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Tria la fruita que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agrada, escollint, si es pot, fruita de temporada. Renta-la i talla-la en trossos petits, barreja-la i col\u00b7loca-la en un bol gran. Esprem el suc d&#8217;una taronja i reparteix-lo sobre la fruita. Deixa-ho reposar i llest! Vols un truc final? Afegeix una cullerada de postres de sucre mor\u00e8 sobre la fruita juntament amb el suc, li donar\u00e0 un toc molt especial.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Batut de mora<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">800ml de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beguda d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a>, 500g de mores, 300g de nabius i 65g de gel picat.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta les mores i els nabius. En un recipient apte per batre, afegeix la Beguda d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s, les mores, els nabius i el gel picat. Bat fins que quedi homogeni, deixa-ho reposar a la nevera i llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Gelatina de fruita i iogurt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 sobre de gelatina de sabor maduixa, mig litre d&#8217;aigua, 20 gerds, 8 rodanxes de pl\u00e0tan i 8 rodanxes de kiwi.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Posa una olla amb 250ml d&#8217;aigua al foc. Quan comenci a bullir, aboca el sobre de gelatina i remou fins que quedi ben dissolt. Afegeix 250ml m\u00e9s d&#8217;aigua i torna a barrejar. Col\u00b7loca-ho en els recipients on ho servir\u00e0s i deixa-ho reposar. Afegeix la fruita tallada, tapa-ho i guarda a la nevera fins que qualli del tot. Llest! Tamb\u00e9 pots preparar la gelatina de sabor tu mateix amb fulles de gelatina, suc de fruita natural i una cullerada de postres de sucre.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Copa de taronja amb quefir i cacau en pols 75%<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4 taronges, 150 ml de Quefir i cacau en pols 75%<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pela les taronges i talla-les a rodanxes petites. Reparteix-les en diferents copes o bols. Barreja b\u00e9 el quefir i reparteix-lo cobrint els trossos de taronja. Empolvora cacau en pols 75% per sobre al gust i llest! Si t&#8217;agrada m\u00e9s dol\u00e7a pots afegir una mica de sucre, mel, xarop d&#8217;atzavara, o l&#8217;endolcidor que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi!<\/p>\n<p>Recorda que pots substituir les diferents fruites per aquelles que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradin, escollint les m\u00e9s t\u00edpiques de la temporada segons l&#8217;estaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, pots incloure altres aliments com <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/tot-els-fruits-secs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fruits secs<\/a> picats (les nous i les ametlles s\u00f3n molt vers\u00e0tils), o altres ingredients com vainilla en pols, canyella o cacau en pols el 75% o m\u00e9s, que li donen un sabor especial i \u00fanic.
