Actualment, les malalties cardiovasculars s\u00f3n, desafortunadament, la principal causa de mort al m\u00f3n. No obstant aix\u00f2, la majoria podrien evitar-se actuant sobre els factors de risc.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les malalties cardiovasculars?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les malalties cardiovasculars (MCV) s\u00f3n un grup de desordres del cor i dels vasos sanguinis. La MCV est\u00e0 precedida per un llarg per\u00edode latent on no hi ha s\u00edmptomes, la qual cosa \u00e9s una oportunitat per a realitzar accions de prevenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Factors de risc<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hi ha diversos factors que influeixen en la salut del nostre cor. Alguns, com l&#8217;edat o el g\u00e8nere, no es poden modificar, per\u00f2 molts altres els podem controlar amb el nostre estil de vida:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Tabaquisme<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Obesitat<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Dieta (mala alimentaci\u00f3)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Hipertensi\u00f3 arterial<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Diabetis mellitus<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Hipercolesterol\u00e8mia<\/p>\n<p>Les causes m\u00e9s importants de problemes cardiovasculars s\u00f3n una dieta poc saludable, la inactivitat f\u00edsica, el consum de tabac i el consum excessiu d&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Petits canvis poden marcar la difer\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No cal donar un tomb a la teva vida, hi ha alguns petits canvis que pots fer en la teva vida di\u00e0ria que poden ajudar molt. Llavors, quins canvis puc fer en el meu estil de vida per tenir cura de la salut del meu cor?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Com ja saps, la dieta \u00e9s un factor fonamental en la salut del cos, una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable \u00e9s clau per a la <strong>prevenci\u00f3 de moltes malalties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Quan parlem de salut cardiovascular, \u00e9s especialment important prestar atenci\u00f3 als <strong>greixos<\/strong>, el <strong>sucre<\/strong> i la <strong>sal<\/strong> que consumim. El m\u00e9s important \u00e9s recordar que no tots els greixos s\u00f3n dolents. Hem de limitar el consum d&#8217;aquells que s\u00f3n saturats i trans, ja que incrementen l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de colesterol a les art\u00e8ries i propicien l&#8217;obesitat. El greix saturat es troba principalment en aquells aliments que s\u00f3n fregits o &#8220;menjar brossa&#8221;, aix\u00ed com en molts productes de pastisseria i brioixeria industrial, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; I els carbohidrats?<\/strong> Igual que passa amb els greixos, hem de prioritzar un tipus, en aquest cas, els <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/els-hidrats-de-carboni-dins-duna-alimentacio-equilibrada-variada-i-suficient\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hidrats de carboni<\/a> complexos, que s\u00f3n absorbits m\u00e9s lentament pel nostre cos. Alguns exemples d&#8217;aliments rics en carbohidrats complexos s\u00f3n l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, la pasta, la quinoa o la patata, entre d&#8217;altres. D&#8217;altra banda, \u00e9s important moderar el <strong>consum de sucre<\/strong> de la dieta. Evita aquells productes que continguin grans quantitats de sucre simple, com els <strong>productes de pastisseria industrial, algunes begudes carbonatades o els caramels i llaminadures, aix\u00ed com afegir-lo als teus \u00e0pats en iogurts, caf\u00e8, te, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Moderar el consum de sal de la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria tamb\u00e9 resulta molt positiu per a la nostra salut. Un truc per <strong>disminuir el seu consum<\/strong> \u00e9s amanir els teus \u00e0pats amb esp\u00e8cies, sigues creatiu i fes servir aquelles que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradin!<\/p>\n<p>En general, una dieta saludable ha de ser variada i marcada per la pres\u00e8ncia de <strong>fruites i verdures, llegums, l\u00e0ctics, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/per-hem-dincloure-cereals-integrals-la-nostra-dieta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cereals integrals<\/a>, ou, peix i carns magres<\/strong>, preferiblement carns blanques com el pollastre o el gall dindi i <strong>greixos saludables com l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, l&#8217;alvocat o els <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/tot-els-fruits-secs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fruits secs<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No oblidis que una bona alimentaci\u00f3 ha d&#8217;anar de la m\u00e0 de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/dia-mundial-lactivitat-fisica-petits-canvis-grans-beneficis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">activitat f\u00edsica<\/a>. Si ets una persona que no est\u00e0 acostumada a fer molt exercici, comen\u00e7a a poc a poc. Utilitza bicicleta per anar a la feina, baixa una parada abans de l&#8217;autob\u00fas i camina un trosset m\u00e9s, o b\u00e9, puja per les escales en comptes de per l&#8217;ascensor. A poc a poc anir\u00e0s fent la teva vida una mica m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica. Hi ha <strong>infinitat d&#8217;opcions<\/strong> diferents que pots fer per mantenir-te actiu, aix\u00ed que busca la que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi i endavant!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El cor \u00e9s el motor del teu cos.
