Actualment, a causa de les nostres rutines di\u00e0ries (escola, treball, esport &#8230;), tenim poc temps lliure i, segurament, t&#8217;haur\u00e0s trobat moltes vegades que arribes a casa i acabes menjant qualsevol cosa que trobis per la nevera. No et preocupis! En aquest post t&#8217;ensenyarem algunes <strong>claus i receptes r\u00e0pides perqu\u00e8 puguis compaginar el teu ritme de vida actiu, sense renunciar a una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.<\/strong> Vols con\u00e8ixer-les?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com optimitzo el temps per preparar \u00e0pats?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una molt bona idea \u00e9s <strong>reservar-se un estona el cap de setmana per a cuinar en gran quantitat<\/strong> i aix\u00ed, no haver de gastar tant de temps durant la setmana. Pots deixar llestes aquelles preparacions que demoren m\u00e9s temps: l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/arros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00f2s<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-amb-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quinoa<\/a>, la pasta o les patates, per exemple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; D\u00f3na-li vida al microones!<\/strong> Segurament nom\u00e9s el fas servir per escalfar aliments, per\u00f2 hi ha molts aliments que poden cuinar-se al microones com peixos, verdures&#8230; fins i tot pa de pessic! T&#8217;estalviar\u00e0 molt de temps de cocci\u00f3 i de neteja!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Planifica&#8217;t la setmana.<\/strong> Una molt bona idea \u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/no-tens-temps-per-cuinar-apren-optimitzar-menus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">planificar el teu men\u00fa setmanal<\/a>, d&#8217;aquesta manera no perdr\u00e0s temps pensant qu\u00e8 menjar\u00e0s cada dia, i no acabes menjant qualsevol cosa.<\/p>\n<p>Et ve de gust con\u00e8ixer algunes receptes r\u00e0pides, saboroses i sanes? <strong>No necessites m\u00e9s de 20 minuts per preparar-les!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Papillote de salm\u00f3 amb verdures al microones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">La t\u00e8cnica del papillote \u00e9s una alternativa perfecta per fer verdures i peix de manera s\u00faper r\u00e0pida i amb un resultat molt sabor\u00f3s, a m\u00e9s de s\u00faper sana!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2 lloms de salm\u00f3, \u00bd pastanaga, \u00bd carbass\u00f3, \u00bd pebrot vermell, oli d&#8217;oliva, anet, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Renta les verdures i talla-les a juliana i col\u00b7loca-les sobre un paper de forn, despr\u00e9s col\u00b7loca a sobre el llom de salm\u00f3 i amaneix amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, pebre, sal i una mica d&#8217;anet fresc. Per acabar la preparaci\u00f3 fes una mena de paquet ben tancat amb el paper de forn deixant una mica de folgan\u00e7a a l&#8217;interior. Posa-ho al microones a m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia durant uns 4 minuts. El plat es cour\u00e0 amb el seu propi suc i quedar\u00e0 un resultat s\u00faper suc\u00f3s. Segur que repeteixes!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Truita de bacall\u00e0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pot semblar labori\u00f3s per\u00f2 la veritat que \u00e9s un plat molt r\u00e0pid de fer.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">200g de bacall\u00e0, 4 ous, \u00bd pebrot verd, \u00bd ceba, mig porro, 1 all, oli d&#8217;oliva, pebre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">En primer lloc, talla el pebrot, el porro i la ceba en brunoise (trossets petits) i ofega-la a foc mig-lent en una paella antiadherent amb unes gotetes d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva durant uns 10 minuts. Mentre es fregeixen les verdures, bat els ous en un bol i afegeix el bacall\u00e0 esqueixat (pr\u00e8viament dessalat) i un polsim de pebre. Per acabar afegeix la barreja a la paella amb les verdures i deixa que es qualli, un parell de minuts per banda ser\u00e0 suficient. El seu sabor i textura t&#8217;encantaran!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Arr\u00f2s amb espinacs &#8220;a la catalana&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sorpr\u00e8n-te amb aquesta r\u00e0pida i saborosa recepta.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">250g d&#8217;espinacs, 1 <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/plats-preparats\/vasets-arros-basmati-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vaset d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Basmati Nomen<\/a>, un grapat de panses, 1 cullerada sopera de pinyons, \u00bd ceba, oli d&#8217;oliva i sal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El primer pas \u00e9s hidratar les panses durant 5 minuts en un got amb aigua t\u00e8bia. En una paella salta els pinyons fins que estiguin daurats i reserva&#8217;ls. Despr\u00e9s talla la ceba ben finea i salta-la en una paella amb unes gotetes d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Passats 5 minuts, afegeix els espinacs, que es cuinen molt r\u00e0pid, i quan minvi la seva mida, afegeix les panses escorregudes i els pinyons que tenies reservats. Finalment, s&#8217;afegeix un Vaset d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Basmati de Nomen. Salpebra, remou i passat un minutet, ja tens el plat llest!<\/p>\n<p>Ja no tens excusa!
