Tampoc resulten atractius els plats massa contundents, pesats o dif\u00edcils de digerir.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, avui us proposem <strong>5 receptes lleugeres, r\u00e0pides i saludables<\/strong> per a preparar qualsevol dia de la setmana. S\u00f3n ideals per al cap de setmana, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 per a portar a la feina en un tupper.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha opcions fredes i calentes, totes delicioses i amb <strong>un ingredient en com\u00fa: l\u2019arr\u00f2s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1. Amanida d\u2019arr\u00f2s integral, tom\u00e0quet i mozzarella<\/h2>\n<p>Per a preparar <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/recepta\/amanida-darros-tomaquet-mozzarella-i-alfabrega\/\">aquesta amanida<\/a> necessitarem\u2026 menys de 15 minuts! L\u2019arr\u00f2s integral \u00e9s el de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/calidad-1-minuto\/arros-integral-qualitat-1-minut\/\">Qualitat 1 Minut de Nomen<\/a> i ser\u00e0 el primer que hem de fer perqu\u00e8 per afegir-lo a l\u2019amanida ha d\u2019estar fred.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant, tallem a trossos la resta d\u2019ingredients de l\u2019amanida: tom\u00e0quet, cogombre i ceba. Finalment, nom\u00e9s hem de barrejar-los tots, junt amb les olives, les boletes de mozzarella i l\u2019alf\u00e0brega, amanir al gust, i a taula!<\/p>\n<h2>2. Bibimbup (bol tailand\u00e8s d\u2019arr\u00f2s, verdures i ou)<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/recepta\/bibimbup\/\">Aquest plat \u00fanic<\/a> t\u2019encantar\u00e0! Inclou tots els nutrients que necessites (els hidrats de carboni de l\u2019arr\u00f2s, la fibra dels vegetals i la prote\u00efna de l\u2019ou), i per a preparar-lo fem servir <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arrozisimo\/arros-vaporitzat-rapid\/\">Arr\u00f2s Vaporitzat R\u00e0pid<\/a>, un arr\u00f2s vaporitzat de Nomen que nom\u00e9s necessita 8 minuts de cocci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El bibimdup \u00e9s un plat t\u00edpic de la gastronomia tailandesa i el seu nom significa arr\u00f2s barrejat. Els diferents ingredients es distribueixen i quan es posa a taula es mesclen. L\u2019ou ferrat, amb la clara l\u00edquida, li dona una textura deliciosa.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Saltat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s basmati, pollastre, xampinyons i gambes<\/h2>\n<p>La recepta que proposem \u00e9s molt completa i nom\u00e9s necessitar\u00e0s una paella per a preparar-la. B\u00e9, una paella i el microones, perqu\u00e8 per tal que sigui realment r\u00e0pida, pots fer servir arr\u00f2s precuinat com el dels <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/gamma-qualitat-1-minut\/\">vasets Qualitat 1 Minut de Nomen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El pollastre, idealment pit de pollastre, ser\u00e0 el primer que saltarem perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2019ingredient que triga m\u00e9s a coure\u2019s. Encara que si el talles a trossos ben petits, es far\u00e0 abans. Els xampinyons, tallats a quarts, i les gambes es poden afegir quan el pollastre ja hagi canviat de color, i en 3 o 4 minuts estaran llestos.<\/p>\n<p>El darrer pas ser\u00e0 afegir-hi l\u2019arr\u00f2s i remenar-los amb una esp\u00e0tula per tal que tots els ingredients quedin ben barrejats. Ah! i un toc de salsa de soja hi queda for\u00e7a b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Tom\u00e0quets farcits d\u2019amanida d\u2019\u00e0rr\u00f2s<\/h2>\n<p>Una recepta 100% estiuenca. Fresca, lleugera i deliciosa. Per a preparar-la necessites uns tom\u00e0quets grans i carnosos, per exemple de les varietats cor de bou i monterosa. Talla la tapa superior dels tom\u00e0quets, i amb una cullera, buida una mica de polpa del seu interior.<\/p>\n<p>Barreja la polpa dels tom\u00e0quets amb daus de gall dindi, daus de formatge, ruca, palets de cranc a trossets, olives farcides picades i una mica de maionesa. Afegeix el nostre ingredient estrella, l\u2019arr\u00f2s (pots fer servir qualsevol varietat de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/gamma-qualitat-1-minut\/\">Qualitat 1 Minut de Nomen<\/a>), per\u00f2 espera que estigui completament fred per a barrejar-lo amb els altres ingredients.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Hamburgueses d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i cigrons al curri<\/h2>\n<p>Vols un plat veg\u00e0 que sigui lleuger, econ\u00f2mic i r\u00e0pid de preparar? T\u2019interessa continuar llegint. La proposta \u00e9s molt senzilla: 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/calidad-1-minuto\/arros-rodo-qualitat-1-minut\/\">vasets d\u2019arr\u00f2s rod\u00f3 Qualitat 1 Minut de Nomen<\/a>, 1 pot de cigrons i una mica de curri en pols.<\/p>\n<p>Mentres l\u2019arr\u00f2s s\u2019escalfa al microones, escorre els cigrons i tritura\u2019ls una mica amb el seu suc de conserva i el curri en pols, sal i pebre al gust, fins a obtenir una pasta espessa i mal\u00b7leable. Despr\u00e9s, afegeix l\u2019arr\u00f2s i remena per a integrar-lo.<\/p>\n<p>Per a coure aquestes hamburgueses nom\u00e9s haur\u00e0s de marcar-les lleugerament en una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli.
