Trio d&#8217;hummus amb cruditt\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La base de tots els tipus d\u2019hummus \u00e9s la mateixa, aix\u00ed que pots arriscar-te amb altres varietats, n&#8217;hi ha prou amb afegir un altre ingredient a la recepta tradicional. Nosaltres et proposem un hummus de remolatxa i un d&#8217;alvocat. T&#8217;animes a provar-los?<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients (recepta tradicional)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 pot de cigrons cuits, 3-4 cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, 1 culleradeta de tahini (pasta de s\u00e8sam), suc de mitja llimona, \u00bd dent d&#8217;all sense el germen, sal, pebre i pebre vermell dol\u00e7.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>N&#8217;hi ha prou amb posar tots els ingredients en un processador d&#8217;aliments (com la batedora o la thermomix) i batre b\u00e9 fins a aconseguir una textura homog\u00e8nia. Pots afegir un mica d&#8217;aigua si vols una textura menys densa. Pels hummus de sabors, n&#8217;hi ha prou amb afegir a la trituradora un alvocat madur pel hummus d&#8217;alvocat o 2 remolatxes cuites a l\u2019hummus de remolatxa. La combinaci\u00f3 de colors i sabors et sorprendr\u00e0!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Rotllets de carbass\u00f3 farcits de formatge de cabra<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 carbass\u00f3 gran, 40g de formatge de cabra, 20g d&#8217;espinacs frescos, oli d&#8217;oliva, pebre negre, sal i una llimona.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Talla els extrems del carbass\u00f3 i despr\u00e9s amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una ratlladora o manualment talla-ho en l\u00e0mines fines (verticals). Despr\u00e9s est\u00e9n una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva per les dues cares dels carbassons i fes-los a la planxa en uns 5 minuts fins que quedin tendres. En un bol pica el formatge de cabra amb una mica de pebre, sal i unes gotes de suc de llimona. Damunt de les l\u00e0mines de carbass\u00f3 posa una cullerada de formatge de cabra, una fulla d&#8217;espinac. Enrotlla el carbass\u00f3 i posa-ho en el forn uns 5 minuts. LLEST!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Crostini de moniato amb fortmatge, nous i mel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 moniato, formatge de cabra, nous i mel.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Talla el moniato en llesques de mig cent\u00edmetre, passa-ho per la torradora un parell de vegades i col\u00b7loca les llesques sobre una safata apta per a forn. Damunt, col\u00b7loca una mica de formatge de cabra, un parell de nous esmollades i una mica de mel. Deixa-ho en el forn uns 5 minuts i tindr\u00e0s un resultat espectacular.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Xampinyons farcits d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb ricota<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les quantitats aniran en funci\u00f3 del que necessitis.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-rodo-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arr\u00f2s rod\u00f3 Nomen<\/a>, xampinyons, ricota, alf\u00e0brega, pebre i sal.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El primer pas \u00e9s treure el tronc dels xampinyons. Una vegada fet, cal col\u00b7locar-los de cap per amunt en una safata apta per al forn. D&#8217;una banda, cou l&#8217;arr\u00f2s rod\u00f3 amb abundant aigua bullint. D&#8217;altra banda, pica b\u00e9 el tronc dels xampinyons i barreja-ho amb el formatge ricota, una mica d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega picada i tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;arr\u00f2s una vegada hagi cuit. Emplena els xampinyons amb la mescla i posa-ho en el forn uns 20 minuts fins que estiguin daurats.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Pals cruixents de mongeta verda amb salsa de\u00a0 iogurt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>400g de mongetes verdes, 100g <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/pa\/pan-rallado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pa ratllat cl\u00e0ssic<\/a>, \u00bd culleradeta d&#8217;all en pols, \u00bd culleradeta de pebre vermell, \u00bd culleradeta de sal, \u00bd culleradeta de pebre, 2 ous, oli d&#8217;oliva. Per a la salsa: 1 iogurt natural, suc de mitja llimona, \u00bd dent d&#8217;all, pebre i sal.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Posa el forn a preescalfar. En un bol has de barrejar tots els ingredients secs, el pa ratllat i totes les esp\u00e8cies. Bat els ous i submergeix les mongetes verdes en ells, despr\u00e9s cobreix-les amb la mescla de pa ratllat. Col\u00b7loca-les en una safata de forn amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva per damunt. Forneja-les durant uns 10 minuts a 200\u00baC, despr\u00e9s d\u00f3na&#8217;ls la volta i forneja durant un parell de minuts m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 estiguin cruixents.<\/p>\n<p>Per a la salsa de iogurt, pica b\u00e9 l&#8217;all i mescla tots els ingredients junts. \u00c9s facil\u00edssim i combina perfectament per mullar els pals de mongeta!<\/p>\n<p>Bon profit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Et donem 5 receptes d&#8217;aperitius saludables per sorprendre aquest Nadal! 1.
