I no es tracta d&#8217;eliminar cap d&#8217;aquests costums, sin\u00f3 d&#8217;aprendre a menjar i beure amb moderaci\u00f3. Que les festes no es converteixin en l&#8217;excusa perfecta per no tenir en compte gens sobre la nostra alimentaci\u00f3. S\u00f3n un bon moment per poder relaxar-nos i gaudir del menjar, per\u00f2 amb salut.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com poder fer-ho?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>1. Controlar las raciones<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>No fa falta renunciar als plats que m\u00e9s ens agraden i que portes tot l&#8217;any esperant. \u00c9s tan f\u00e0cil com <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-preparar-menu-setmanal-variat-i-equilibrat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">controlar les racions<\/a>. En comptes de menjar-nos un plat a vessar, podem agafar un tros m\u00e9s petit i acompanyar-ho d&#8217;una saborosa amanida. Un truc molt pr\u00e0ctic per a aquests casos \u00e9s <strong>utilitzar un plat m\u00e9s petit<\/strong>. L&#8217;efecte visual en veure el plat ple far\u00e0 que et doni la sensaci\u00f3 de que has menjat m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Aperitius saludables<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Treu el xef que portes dins! Els aperitius s\u00f3n un dels moments en qu\u00e8 m\u00e9s mengem, en ser porcions petites. Vas menjant sense adonar-te i pots arribar a fer un gran consum. Qu\u00e8 et semblaria fer-ho sense preocupar-te? Hi ha <strong>moltes opcions d&#8217;aperitius saludables, per\u00f2 igual de bons<\/strong> i que poden anar <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/5-receptes-daperitius-saludables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">perfectes per a aquestes ocasions<\/a>. Per exemple, substituir el pat\u00e9 per un hummus tricolor, de cigrons, remolatxa i pebrots. Atractiu i riqu\u00edssim! O fer unes broquetes de mozzarella amb tom\u00e0quets cherry o uns pintxos amb formatge i salm\u00f3 fumat\u2026 Hi ha infinitat d&#8217;opcions adaptades a tots els gustos i que segur triomfaran.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Moderar la beguda<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Tingues <strong>sempre aigua damunt de la taula<\/strong>. Si t&#8217;agrada el vi o el xampany no fa falta que renunci\u00efs a ell, cal recordar que \u00e9s una ocasi\u00f3 especial. Per\u00f2 sempre cal combinar-ho amb aigua i reduir el consum d&#8217;altres begudes. Aix\u00ed estar\u00e0s cuidant-te m\u00e9s. No obstant aix\u00f2, recomanem eliminar les begudes ensucrades i carbonatades. Pots fer una llimonada casolana com a alternativa!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. Les postres!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Un dels moments m\u00e9s cr\u00edtics s\u00f3n les postres. Aquest moment en qu\u00e8, despr\u00e9s de pensar que no pod\u00edem menjar res m\u00e9s, apareix la gran safata amb torrons i polvorons, entre altres del\u00edcies. <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/receptes-de-postres-per-aquest-nadal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nomen t&#8217;ofereix receptes de postres per a aquest nadal<\/a>. No fa falta renunciar a aquests plaers, per\u00f2 una molt bona idea \u00e9s <strong>servir menys quantitat d&#8217;aquests aliments i preparar una gran safata de fruita<\/strong>. Pot ser que no sigui una idea molt atractiva, per\u00f2 si talles la fruita en trossos i la col\u00b7loques fent broquetes o amb una varietat \u00e0mplia de colors, segur que triomfar\u00e0s. A m\u00e9s, els c\u00edtrics ajudaran al fet que no et sentis tan ple havent dinat. Tamb\u00e9 es poden fer torrons casolans sense sucre, afegint alguns edulcorants naturals com per exemple els d\u00e0tils.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5. Exercici<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>No cal oblidar-se de practicar exercici durant les festes doncs \u00e9s un molt bon moment per compensar una mica els excessos d&#8217;aquests dies fent una mica d&#8217;exercici. Una bona idea \u00e9s <strong>sortir a fer una passejada i gaudir de l&#8217;ambient<\/strong> que es respira als carrers per aquestes dates, amb les llums de Nadal. Tamb\u00e9 pots anar a respirar una mica d&#8217;aire fresc al costat del mar o per alguna ruta senzilla a la muntanya.
