Segur que molts de vosaltres ja esteu preparant el paper i el bol\u00edgraf per fer la llista anual de prop\u00f2sits per a l&#8217;any nou. Per\u00f2 no n&#8217;hi ha prou amb escriure&#8217;ls, cal passar a l&#8217;acci\u00f3!<\/p>\n<p>Avui, et donem uns consells perqu\u00e8 et superis i aconsegueixis tots els assoliments que et marquis, que no siguin cosa nom\u00e9s de principi d&#8217;any, sin\u00f3 que perdurin en el temps.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Primer pas, marcar-se els objetius<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A l&#8217;hora de marcar-se uns objectius, \u00e9s molt important que estiguin al teu abast. Qu\u00e8 volem dir amb aix\u00f2? <strong>Que siguin metes assequibles i que depenguin de tu.<\/strong> Si et marques objectius molt dif\u00edcils i gaireb\u00e9 impossibles \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil que et desmotivis i pot arribar a ser molt m\u00e9s frustrant dur-los a terme. Pots acabar perdent les ganes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important que siguin prop\u00f2sits positius i no negatius, per exemple, dir \u201cmenjar millor\u201d en comptes de \u201cdeixar de menjar malament\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Visualitza-ho<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No val amb pensar-ho, has de <strong>visualitzar-te a tu mateix complint els teus somnis i metes<\/strong>, per guanyar motivaci\u00f3 i veure-ho al teu abast. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important que donis un cop d\u2019ull enrere, miris els objectius que et vas marcar l&#8217;any anterior, els que has complert i els que no. Qu\u00e8 et va faltar per aconseguir-los? No permetis que et passi aquest any! Els errors ens serveixen per aprendre d&#8217;ells, canvia aquestes accions del teu dia a dia que no et van frenar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pren acci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Estar molt motivat \u00e9s important, per\u00f2 la motivaci\u00f3 serveix de poc si no la portes a l&#8217;acci\u00f3. <strong>Agafa tota aquesta motivaci\u00f3 del principi per prendre impuls i comen\u00e7ar amb energia<\/strong>. El cos hum\u00e0 triga 21 dies a convertir una acci\u00f3 en un h\u00e0bit, aix\u00ed que quan aconsegueixis complir els teus objectius en aquests primers dies, et ser\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil mantenir-los en el temps.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Planeja<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No vulguis comen\u00e7ar i aconseguir tots els teus prop\u00f2sits de cop, <strong>ves pas a pas.<\/strong> A mesura que vagis aconseguint alguns, els altres aniran venint sols. Ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil d&#8217;aconseguir. Si intentes fer tots els canvis de cop, \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil atabalar-se i, per tant, desmotivar-se.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tens clars els teus prop\u00f2sits? Et donem alguns exemples!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>1. Alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Moltes vegades ens proposem la meta de \u201cmenjar millor\u201d, per\u00f2\u2026 realment \u00e9s un prop\u00f2sit clar? Si et proposes metes tan \u00e0mplies, sense especificar, \u00e9s menys probable que puguis complir-ho efectivament. Una bona idea seria escriure en un full un tipus de men\u00fa setmanal saludable amb les racions. \u00c9s a dir, en comptes de dir \u201cmenjar\u00e9 m\u00e9s fruita i verdura\u201d dir, \u201cmenjar\u00e9 entre 2-4 racions de fruites i verdures al dia\u201d, i aix\u00ed, amb els altres grups d&#8217;aliments. Pots seguir les <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/tot-la-dieta-mediterrania\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pautes de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Ser m\u00e9s productiu en el treball<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fer b\u00e9 el nostre treball \u00e9s alguna cosa que pot omplir-nos molt i fer-nos sentir m\u00e9s plens i realitzats. Si la teva feina et motiva, aprofita-ho i treu-li el m\u00e0xim partit. D\u00f3na tot de tu! Recorda que una <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/cuida-la-teva-alimentacio-tambe-la-feina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bona alimentaci\u00f3 ajuda a ser m\u00e9s productiu i positiu en el teu entorn laboral<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Bebeure m\u00e9s aigua durant el dia<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La hidrataci\u00f3 \u00e9s un factor clau per mantenir la salut, proposat fer de l&#8217;aigua la teva beguda de refer\u00e8ncia. Tingues al teu costat sempre una ampolla per acordar-te d&#8217;anar bevent durant tot el dia i convertir-ho en <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-adoptar-uns-habits-saludables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un bon h\u00e0bit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. Mant\u00e9n-te actiu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Segur que saps la import\u00e0ncia de realitzar activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria. \u00c9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil complir-ho si busques una estona per fer exercici, que \u00e9s molt important! Tamb\u00e9 pots incorporar a la teva rutina una dosi d&#8217;exercici actiu: camina un tros m\u00e9s per arribar al treball, puja sempre per les escales en lloc de l&#8217;ascensor, etc. <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/no-permetis-fred-et-pari\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">No permetis que el fred et pari<\/a>!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5. Buscar un moment per a tu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u00c9s molt important que reservis una estona al dia per a tu, per fer el que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi o simplement per reflexionar i desconnectar.
