Resulta ideal com a acompanyament de carns com el xai, el pollastre i de verdures. A m\u00e9s, el cusc\u00fas \u00e9s l&#8217;ingredient fonamental de plats t\u00edpics magrebins i queda b\u00e9 tant a per plats freds com calents.<\/p>\n<p>El cusc\u00fas \u00e9s un aliment molt nutritiu, ric en hidrats de carboni, aportant una energia molt m\u00e9s duradora que, per exemple, la que ens ofereix la pasta. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s ric en fibra i molt baix en greixos. Cont\u00e9 vitamines del grup B, aix\u00ed com f\u00f2sfor, calci, ferro i potassi.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia preparar un menjar sa i nutritiu amb cusc\u00fas \u00e9s molt r\u00e0pid i senzill, tan sols has d\u2019aplicar-li brou o aigua calenta i ja est\u00e0 llest.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Com coure el cusc\u00fas?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La forma de preparaci\u00f3 del <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cusc\u00fas<\/a> \u00e9s molt senzilla, mesura el mateix volum de brou o aigua que de cusc\u00fas. Posa el cusc\u00fas en un bol i d&#8217;altra banda posa a bullir el l\u00edquid amb una mica de sal. Quan comenci a bullir aboca-ho sobre del cusc\u00fas i deixa reposar uns 5 minuts. \u00a1S\u00faper f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pid! <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Carbassa farcida de cusc\u00fas i pollastre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 3 tasses de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cusc\u00fas<\/a>, 1 carabassa mantega (o algun tipus que sigui petita perqu\u00e8 es pugui omplir), 1 ceba, 2 cullerades d&#8217;ametlles picades, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal, pebre vermell dol\u00e7, julivert picat, llimona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Pre-escalfa el forn a 180\u00baC. Talla la carbassa per la meitat, retira les llavors i condimenta amb pebre vermell i sal. Mentrestant, cou les 3 tasses de cusc\u00fas. Despr\u00e9s talla la ceba a la brunesa i salta a foc mitj\u00e0 alt amb les ametlles durant uns 5-8 minuts. Quan estigui a punt, barreja la ceba, les ametlles i el julivert amb el cusc\u00fas. Mentrestant, posa la carabassa al forn i deixa que es cogui. Un cop feta, treu-la del forn i amb cura retira una mica de la seva carn deixant un buit a l&#8217;interior. Despr\u00e9s barreja la polpa amb la preparaci\u00f3 anterior i omple la carbassa amb aix\u00f2. Forneja durant 5 minuts m\u00e9s i serveix amb una mica de suc de llimona per sobre per afegir-li un contrast de sabor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mandonguilles de cusc\u00fas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 200g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cusc\u00fas<\/a>, 30g de pinyons, 2 ous, 400g de tom\u00e0quet natural triturat, 1 culleradeta de coriandre picat, \u00bd tassa de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/pa-ratllat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pa ratllat<\/a>, 1 all picat, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, pebre, orenga i sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Posa el cusc\u00fas ja cuit en un bol i afegeix els dos ous, els pinyons, el coriandre i el julivert. Despr\u00e9s assaona i barreja tot b\u00e9. Seguidament, amb les mans una mica greixades en oli, fes mandonguilles petites i deixa-les al forn durant uns 15 minuts. Volteja-les de tant en tant fins que vegis que estan dauradetes per l&#8217;exterior. Mentrestant, fes la salsa, per a aix\u00f2. Posa en una paella una mica d&#8217;oli i sofregeix l&#8217;all picat i el tom\u00e0quet amb una mica de sal, pebre i orenga i deixa coure a foc lent uns 10 minuts. Despr\u00e9s afegeix les mandonguilles, deixa coure uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s i \u00a1LLEST!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Amanida de cous cous violeta amb formatge de cabra<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 1 got de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cusc\u00fas<\/a>, 1 remolatxa fresca, 1 cogombre, 1 llimona, 100g de formatge de cabra, olives negres, c\u00farcuma, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, pebre, sal, cibulet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> En una batedora introdueix la remolatxa trossejada amb el suc de mitja llimona, una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;aigua i una mica de sal. Triturar tot b\u00e9 i barreja-ho amb el cusc\u00fas ja cuit. Talla el cogombre, les olives i el formatge a daus i barreja&#8217;ls amb la preparaci\u00f3. Finalment assaona amb una mica de pebre, sal i cibulet picat. A gaudir d&#8217;un plat amb un color sorprenent!<\/p>\n<p>Esperem que t&#8217;hagin agradat aquestes receptes i que les posis en pr\u00e0ctica aviat.
