De fet, hi ha moltes vegades que mengem productes que, encara que a primera vista no dir\u00edem que porta sucre, si lleg\u00edssim els ingredients veur\u00edem que si. Per exemple: el qu\u00e8txup, el pa, (sobretot de motlle) o els iogurts 0%.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e9s que, tot i que &#8220;a ning\u00fa li amarga un dol\u00e7&#8221;, el problema \u00e9s que el sucre genera addicci\u00f3, aix\u00ed que com m\u00e9s mengem, m\u00e9s volem menjar.<\/p>\n<h2>Per qu\u00e8 ens agrada tant el sucre?<\/h2>\n<p>Des que som petits estem constantment en contacte amb dol\u00e7os, de fet, la llet materna ja t\u00e9 gust dol\u00e7. Per aix\u00f2 el nostre paladar est\u00e0 predisposat a tolerar millor aquests sabors de manera innata, com a signe de protecci\u00f3 i superviv\u00e8ncia. Despr\u00e9s, acostumem al nostre paladar a grans quantitats de sucre ja que la majoria de productes alimentaris destinats al p\u00fablic infantil porten altes quantitats de sucre, i aquests ens generen una sensaci\u00f3 molt satisfact\u00f2ria despr\u00e9s de consumir.<\/p>\n<h2>Com reduir el consum de sucre?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s important que tinguis en compte que si ets una persona acostumada a consumir aliments alts en sucre no hauries de fer un canvi dr\u00e0stic, ves reduint a poc a poc i tu mateix veur\u00e0s que cada vegada ho necessites menys.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Llegeix les etiquetes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s primordial con\u00e8ixer el que estem menjant, ja que com hem comentat abans, hi ha moltes vegades que mengem alguna cosa pensant que no porta sucre, o que fins i tot \u00e9s saludable i la realitat s&#8217;allunya molt d&#8217;aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p>Llegeix l&#8217;etiqueta abans de comprar un producte, has de saber que els ingredients apareixen ordenats per quantitat en el producte, aix\u00ed que com m\u00e9s aviat aparegui el sucre pitjor, ja que significar\u00e0 que aquest producte porta m\u00e9s quantitat.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vigila amb els 0%<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Moltes vegades comprem un producte on apareix un 0% en la seva etiqueta i pensem que aquest 0 es refereix tant sucres com a greixos, compte!, no sempre \u00e9s aix\u00ed. Moltes vegades<\/p>\n<p>aquest 0% es refereix \u00fanicament al contingut en greixos i, per tant, en la majoria, augmenten el contingut en sucre per no perdre sabor. Aix\u00ed que vigila amb els aliments 0%, els light i els &#8220;redu\u00eft a&#8221;. D&#8217;aqu\u00ed la import\u00e0ncia del punt anterior de llegir les etiquetes abans de comprar un producte.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Apr\u00e8n a controlar el gust de dol\u00e7<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Segur que hi ha moments en qu\u00e8 sents que necessites alguna cosa dol\u00e7a, i el primer que penses s\u00f3n en productes de pastisseria, com magdalenes, croissants o xocolata, per\u00f2 reserva aquests productes per a ocasions puntuals i moderades. Acostuma al teu paladar a un altre tipus d&#8217;aliments que s\u00f3n dol\u00e7os i poden saciar igual. Qu\u00e8 et semblen uns d\u00e0tils, per exemple? S\u00f3n un aliment naturalment dol\u00e7 i molt sabor\u00f3s! Tamb\u00e9 pots prendre una fruita que, tot i que a tu no t&#8217;ho sembli, al teu cos li saciar\u00e0 el desig de dol\u00e7. I no cal que renunci\u00efs a la xocolata! Nom\u00e9s tria l&#8217;opci\u00f3 correcta. Tria xocolates amb un percentatge de cacau d&#8217;almenys 70%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>No et saltis \u00e0pats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Saltar menjars far\u00e0 que el teu cos senti m\u00e9s gana del normal despr\u00e9s i, per tant, \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil que acabis menjant m\u00e9s del normal i triant opcions poc saludables. Menja uns 5 cops al dia, (esmorzar, mig mat\u00ed, dinar, berenar i sopar) i d&#8217;aquesta manera, et ser\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil controlar la gana al llarg de tot el dia.<\/p>\n<p>Com veus, reduir el consum de sucre no \u00e9s sin\u00f2nim de renunciar a sabors dol\u00e7os ni a consumir certs productes, has de buscar una alternativa, com per exemple fer la teva pr\u00f2pia rebosteria casolana, hi ha molt\u00edssimes receptes de pastissos i postres sense sucre que estan deliciosos!
