En els \u00faltims anys ha destacat encara m\u00e9s per les seves propietats saludables, per\u00f2 \u00bfles coneixes totes? Te les expliquem! A continuaci\u00f3, t&#8217;expliquem les seves propietats i algunes receptes perqu\u00e8 t&#8217;animis a provar-ho.<\/p>\n<h2>Quines propietats t\u00e9 el salm\u00f3?<\/h2>\n<p>El salm\u00f3 \u00e9s un peix blau, per tant, destaca principalment el seu contingut en prote\u00efnes i greixos saludables, principalment omega-3, un greix poliinsaturat. L&#8217;\u00e0cid gras omega-3 \u00e9s reconegut per les seves propietats en prevenci\u00f3 de malalties cardiovasculars i per mantenir saludable el sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 compta amb importants vitamines com la D, B3 i B6, juntament amb minerals com el f\u00f2sfor, seleni i calci.<\/p>\n<h2>Com pots cuinar-lo?<\/h2>\n<p>Com hem dit, el salm\u00f3 ofereix una gran varietat d&#8217;opcions. Les m\u00e9s saludables i r\u00e0pides serien fer-ho a la planxa, al vapor o al forn. Fins i tot pots fer papillota al microones amb algunes verdures i tindr\u00e0s un plat fant\u00e0stic en tot just uns minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Per donar-te algunes idees, et proposem tres receptes saboroses i r\u00e0pides de fer perqu\u00e8 aprofitis les seves propietats.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00e0rtar de salm\u00f3 i mango<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 600g de salm\u00f3 fumat, mig m\u00e0nec gran, \u00bd ceba morada, suc d&#8217;una llima, 1 culleradeta de mostassa, 1 culleradeta de mel, ceboll\u00ed, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, pebre i sal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Primer prepara la vinagreta barrejant en un bol la mostassa, la mel, el suc de llima, la ceba morada picada i una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. D&#8217;altra banda, amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un ganivet, talla el salm\u00f3 i el m\u00e0nec en gla\u00e7ons de la mateixa mida. Barreja-ho amb la vinagreta que hav\u00edem preparat i deixa reposar uns 10-15 minuts a la nevera perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;impregnin b\u00e9 tots els sabors. Nom\u00e9s faltar\u00e0 muntar el plat, una molt bona idea \u00e9s utilitzar un motlle circular i escampar una mica de cibulet picat per sobre. \u00a1Semblar\u00e0 de restaurant!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Salm\u00f3 a la taronja<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 2 lloms de salm\u00f3, 1 porro, 200 ml de suc de taronja natural, 1 culleradeta de vinagre, 100ml de nata l\u00edquida, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Per comen\u00e7ar, fes el salm\u00f3 volta i volta a la paella fins que estigui daurat. Reserva&#8217;l. Pica el porro i afegeix-ho a la mateixa paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Quan comenci a daurar-se, incorpora el suc de taronja i el vinagre i deixa coure uns 10 minuts a foc baix. Despr\u00e9s afegeix de nou el salm\u00f3 juntament amb la nata i deixa-ho uns minuts a foc mitj\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 la salsa redueixi una mica. Llest! <span class=\"TextRun SCXW177446083\" lang=\"CA-ES\" xml:lang=\"CA-ES\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW177446083\">Acompanya amb una mica d&#8217;<\/span><\/span><a class=\"Hyperlink SCXW177446083\" href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-per-acompanyar-amb-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"TextRun Underlined SCXW177446083\" lang=\"CA-ES\" xml:lang=\"CA-ES\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW177446083\">arr\u00f2s amb quinoa<\/span><\/span><\/a><span class=\"TextRun SCXW177446083\" lang=\"CA-ES\" xml:lang=\"CA-ES\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW177446083\">\u00a0que barrejat amb la salsa quedar\u00e0 bon\u00edssim.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Coca de verdures i salm\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: (les quantitats aniran en funci\u00f3 de la mida la massa i de les teves prefer\u00e8ncies). Massa de pasta de full, formatge mozzarella, carbass\u00f3, salm\u00f3 fumat, ruca, alberg\u00ednia, ceba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Col\u00b7loca la massa de pasta de full sobre una safata de forn amb paper d&#8217;enfornar i punxa-ho suaument amb una forquilla per la superf\u00edcie. Talla en juliana la ceba i en rodanxes fines el carbass\u00f3 i l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia. Despr\u00e9s posa la mozzarella de base i a sobre les verdures. Finalment, col\u00b7loca el salm\u00f3 tallat en petits trossos.<\/p>\n<p>Deixa-ho en el forn durant uns 15 minuts fins que les verdures estiguin daurades i la massa feta.
