Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es pot consumir el gra sencer, i \u00e9s una forma perfecta d&#8217;aprofitar totes les seves propietats.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Coneixes les seves propietats?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u2019aporta <strong>carbohidrats complexos<\/strong>, perfectes per carregar el cos d&#8217;energia. \u00c9s <strong>un dels cereals amb m\u00e9s prote\u00efna<\/strong>, molt <strong>poca quantitat de greix<\/strong> i una <strong>gran quantitat de fibra<\/strong>! Compta amb una sorprenent textura entre sucosa i cruixent i est\u00e0 delici\u00f3s tant fred, en amanides, com en guisats, saltats o falsos risottos.<\/p>\n<p>Et presentem algunes receptes perqu\u00e8 puguis introduir-lo en la teva cuina!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Receptes amb blat tendre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Fals risotto de blat tendre i bolets<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/nomen-blat-tendre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2 tasses de blat tendre Nomen<\/a>, 2 tasses de brou de verdures, 1 tassa de bolets variats, nata l\u00edquida, 1 escalunya, 1 porro, parmes\u00e0 ratllat, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, pebre, sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Pica la escalunya petita i el porro en l\u00e0mines fines i ofega\u2019ls en un pot amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Quan la ceba estigui transparent, afegeix els bolets tallats i deixa guisar uns 5 minuts. Quan ja estiguin fetes, afegeix el blat i barreja-ho una mica. Ara \u00e9s moment d&#8217;afegir el brou de verdures, sense deixar de moure i deixant-lo a foc mitj\u00e0-baix perqu\u00e8 vagi absorbint el l\u00edquid. Quan s&#8217;hagi absorbit el brou, afegeix 1 rajol\u00ed de nata l\u00edquida i barreja-ho tot b\u00e9 durant 2 minuts. Retoca de sal i pebre si cal, retira del foc i aprofita la calor residual per afegir el parmes\u00e0 sense deixar de barrejar. Finalment, serveix amb una mica de parmes\u00e0 a sobre i un polsim d&#8217;orenga o julivert.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Calamars farcits de blat tendre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 4 calamars mitjans, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/nomen-blat-tendre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1 tassa de blat tendre Nomen<\/a>, 3 tom\u00e0quets triturats, 2 grans d&#8217;all, julivert fresc picat, pebre vermell fumat, sal, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Retira els tentacles del calamar i trosseja&#8217;ls a daus. En un bol, barreja els tentacles amb l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, dues cullerades de tom\u00e0quet triturat, 1 all picat, 1 cullerada d&#8217;oli, sal i julivert picat. Barreja b\u00e9 tots els ingredients i omple el calamar fent pressi\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 no quedi aire i tanca&#8217;ls per l&#8217;extrem amb escuradents de fusta. D&#8217;altra banda, posa a escalfar una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva en una olla amb la resta del tom\u00e0quet triturat, una mica de sal i un pessic de julivert. Quan la salsa comenci a bombollejar, afegeix els calamars i deixa a foc mitj\u00e0 durant uns 25 minuts (amb la tapa tancada). Passat aquest temps, verifica el punt de cocci\u00f3 dels calamars i el punt de sal. Pots servir-los sencers o tallar-los a trossos gruixuts.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Blat tendre amb llet i cacau<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 500 ml de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-amb-cacau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb cacau Nomen<\/a>, 80 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/nomen-blat-tendre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blat tendre Nomen<\/a>, sucre al gust (3-4 cullerades), pell d&#8217;1 llimona, 1 branca de canyella, canyella en pols.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Primer deixa el blat en remull durant una hora aproximadament perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;estovi i el gra s&#8217;obri. Mentre, posa la <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-amb-cacau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb cacau Nomen<\/a> en una olla a foc alt juntament amb la pell de la llimona i la branca de canyella. Quan comenci a bullir, baixa el foc i deixa 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Passat aquest temps, apaga el foc i deixa l&#8217;olla tapada \u00bd hora perqu\u00e8 la llet absorbeixi b\u00e9 els sabors, despr\u00e9s retira la branca de canyella i la pell de la llimona. Torna a posar la llet al cass\u00f3 i enc\u00e9n el foc. Quan comenci a bullir, afegeix el blat tendre escorregut i deixa-ho a foc mitj\u00e0 uns 5 minuts. Despr\u00e9s afegeix el sucre, remou b\u00e9 i deixa 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Quan el blat estigui al punt, apaga el foc i col\u00b7loca-ho en una font o un bol perqu\u00e8 reposi i es refredi.
