Et proposarem un conjunt de consells que esperem et siguin \u00fatils i pr\u00e0ctics.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Propostes per guanyar salut<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Augmenta la teva activitat f\u00edsica, mou-te!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica regular ens ajuda molt a millorar el nostre estat de salut. <strong>\u00c9s important fugir del sedentarisme i moure&#8217;ns el m\u00e0xim possible al llarg del dia<\/strong>. Recorda sempre en adaptar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica a les teves caracter\u00edstiques i necessitats personals.<\/p>\n<p>Pren nota d&#8217;algunes propostes f\u00e0cils per al teu dia a dia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evita l&#8217;\u00fas de l&#8217;ascensor i utilitza les escales el m\u00e0xim possible.<\/li>\n<li>Baixa una parada abans de l&#8217;autob\u00fas o del metro i camina una estona fins arribar al teu dest\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Posa&#8217;t la meta de caminar cada dia un m\u00ednim de 20 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Evita passar llargues estones assegut a l&#8217;oficina o al sof\u00e0 de casa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Beu m\u00e9s aigua!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;aigua \u00e9s la beguda m\u00e9s saludable que existeix, recorda que no nom\u00e9s has de incloure-la en els teus \u00e0pats principals, sin\u00f3 al llarg de tot el dia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porta sempre amb tu una petita ampolla d&#8217;aigua<\/strong> i tingues sempre a la vista un got d&#8217;aigua, aix\u00f2 t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a recordar que l&#8217;has de prendre al llarg del tot el dia.<\/p>\n<p>Si et costa beure l&#8217;aigua sola, afegeix-li unes gotes de llimona o llima, unes fulles de menta o b\u00e9 fes-te una infusi\u00f3 al teu gust.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Organitzar-te b\u00e9, \u00e9s la clau<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria i setmanal \u00e9s clau per aconseguir uns bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris saludables al llarg de tota la setmana, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 al llarg de tot el dia.<\/p>\n<p>Planifica el que menjar\u00e0s durant el dia, pensa en portar a sobre tot el que necessitis (aix\u00ed evitar\u00e0s comprar aliments innecessaris per al teu benestar). <strong>Proposa&#8217;t planificar els men\u00fas setmanals<\/strong> a realitzar a casa; aix\u00f2 t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a planificar la teva compra setmanal, a comprar d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s ordenada i a seguir una dieta equilibrada d&#8217;una forma m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil.<\/p>\n<p>Planificar el teu dia a dia i el teva setmana <strong>t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a assolir una alimentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s saludable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00a1Fruita i verdura cada dia i en quantitat!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Que la fruita i la verdura no falti mai a casa! Per aconseguir prendre una bona quantitat de fruita i verdura en el teu dia a dia la clau \u00e9s tenir-la sempre a casa, aix\u00f2 ens ajudar\u00e0 a prendre-la en m\u00e9s quantitat.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s important planificar en quins moments anem a prendre-al llarg del dia. Si est\u00e0s tot el dia fora de casa pensa en agafar fruita abans de sortir i si vas molt a menjar fora pensa en triar plats amb verdura i escull fruita com a postres de forma habitual.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Redueix la quantitat de sucre i sal en la teva alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La sal i el sucre han d&#8217;estar presents en quantitats moderades en la teva alimentaci\u00f3, per aix\u00f2 <strong>\u00e9s important no abusar-ne i prendre les quantitats recomanades<\/strong>. Pren nota d&#8217;alguns consells.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si prens molta sal o sucre, redueix les quantitats de mica en mica.
