A m\u00e9s, quan el practiques no tens la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estar fent esport ja que pot arribar a ser molt divertit.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Un magn\u00edfic exercici cardiovascular<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Muntar en bicicleta \u00e9s una forma magn\u00edfica de fer exercici cardiovascular que ajudar\u00e0 a enfortir el teu cor. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s una forma perfecta d&#8217;exercitar tot el cos.<\/p>\n<p>El que la fa un exercici ideal \u00e9s que \u00e9s <strong>apta per a tots els p\u00fablics<\/strong>, pots adaptar tant la intensitat com la durada. En funci\u00f3 dels teus objectius pots agafar una estona la bici per un terreny pla i poc a poc anar augmentant la durada i provant per camins amb variacions de pendents, per potenciar la resist\u00e8ncia del teu cos<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Perfecte per alliberar estr\u00e8s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s un tipus d&#8217;esport que no requereix una gran concentraci\u00f3 ni una estrat\u00e8gia, aix\u00ed que \u00e9s un <strong>exercici ideal per dedicar temps a desconnectar<\/strong>, passar una estona pensant en tu mateix o escoltar la teva m\u00fasica preferida. Nom\u00e9s has de pujar-te a la bici i gaudir d&#8217;un recorregut que et vingui de gust, fes de l&#8217;esport el teu moment de desconnexi\u00f3.
