O per contra, \u00bfse&#8217;t tanca l&#8217;est\u00f3mac i ets incapa\u00e7 de provar res?<\/p>\n<p>Tots aquests processos que ens impulsen a menjar m\u00e9s o menys, estan regulats per les nostres hormones. Cada persona \u00e9s \u00fanica, aquest \u00e9s el motiu pel qual responem de maneres diferents a la seva exposici\u00f3. En qualsevol cas, hem de procurar que els nostres nervis no afectin a la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 i aix\u00ed poder afrontar el dia a dia amb l&#8217;energia i els nutrients necessaris per poder amb tot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e8 produeix l&#8217;estr\u00e8s en el nostre cos?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;estr\u00e8s pot provocar la producci\u00f3 de cortisol, generalment conegut com la &#8220;hormona de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s&#8221;<\/strong>. Aquesta subst\u00e0ncia \u00e9s essencial del cos hum\u00e0 i en determinats moments, el seu efecte t\u00e9 uns resultats \u00fatils per a suportar algunes situacions. Tot i aix\u00ed, una exposici\u00f3 perllongada no \u00e9s bona per al nostre organisme.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;estr\u00e8s es desenvolupa en tres estadis. El primer de tots es caracteritza per un estat d&#8217;alarma, que produeix respostes de lluita o fugida. El segon es defineix com una resist\u00e8ncia a curt termini que s&#8217;instaura en el cos per fer front al problema. En darrer lloc, l&#8217;etapa d&#8217;esgotament, en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;han esgotat els recursos disponibles del cos, i si la situaci\u00f3 no es reverteix, pot produir danys en el cos com per exemple, un augment de la pressi\u00f3 arterial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quan patim estr\u00e8s, tenim m\u00e9s demandes fisiol\u00f2giques<\/strong> i el problema \u00e9s que sovint preferim aliments amb alt contingut en greixos i sucres, oblidant-nos de consumir menjars rics en vitamines i minerals, o fins i tot, pot fer que ens saltem o oblidem alguna d&#8217;elles. Tot aix\u00f2 pot fer que no tinguem l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria per revertir aquest proc\u00e9s i el nostre cos es vegi afectat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consells per manejar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El treball i els ex\u00e0mens s\u00f3n algunes de les situacions en qu\u00e8 podem patir estr\u00e8s. Tot i que no hi ha una dieta espec\u00edfica, hem d&#8217;intentar seguir <strong>una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada i variada, rica en tots els nutrients necessaris que ens ajudi a reduir els nivells d&#8217;ansietat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria (SENC) recomana un consum variat i diari de fruites i verdures, de carbohidrats preferentment integrals, de llet i els seus derivats i l&#8217;\u00fas de l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva com amaniment per als plats. Tamb\u00e9 recomana el consum setmanal de llegums, de fruits secs, de peixos, carns magres, aus i ous. I moderar el consum dels embotits i les carns grasses, els dol\u00e7os, els snacks, els refrescos i la brioixeria.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s <strong>important incloure ter\u00e0pies de relaxaci\u00f3 o realitzar activitats que ens tranquil\u00b7litzin per disminuir els nivells de cortisol<\/strong>: fer una passejada, donar-nos un bany, escoltar m\u00fasica, llegir, la que millor ens funcioni! <strong>La pr\u00e0ctica complement\u00e0ria amb l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic moderat ens ajudar\u00e0 encara m\u00e9s<\/strong>, tant pels seus beneficis f\u00edsics com mentals.
