Pren nota!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5 opcions fresques i saludables per al berenar dels nens<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fruites congelades banyades en iogurt natural desnatat<\/strong>: En primer lloc, talla la fruita en petits daus. En cas que hagis triat fruites petites com, per exemple, els nabius, \u00e9s millor que deixis les peces senceres. Quan ja tinguis tots els ingredients preparats, el primer que has de fer \u00e9s preescalfar el forn a 200\u00baC. Talla els pl\u00e0tans en petits trossos i, amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una forquilla, pica\u2019ls fins que quedin ben triturats. Seguidament, afegeix els ous i barreja&#8217;ls b\u00e9 amb els pl\u00e0tans. Afegeix la farina, el llevat i la sal i torna a barrejar fins a obtenir una massa homog\u00e8nia. Baixa la temperatura del forn a 180\u00baC i introdueix la massa durant, m\u00e9s o menys, 10 minuts. Quan el pa de pessic estigui cuit i vegis que ja est\u00e0 una mica daurat per sobre, retira i deixa-ho que es refredi. Llest! Ja tens un delici\u00f3s berenar casol\u00e0, perfecte per acompanyar-ho amb un got de llet o un iogurt i una mica de fruita.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Gelats cremosos de fruita natural<\/strong>: Preparar gelats a casa \u00e9s possible. En primer lloc, renta, pela i talla les teves fruites preferides i posa-les en el congelador fins que estiguin ben congelades. Fes tants motlles com necessitis. A continuaci\u00f3 comen\u00e7a amb la preparaci\u00f3 de les galetes, per aquestes necessitarem: 125g de remolatxa cuita, 100g <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-de-blat-integral\/\">farina integral de blat Nomen<\/a>, 100g de xips de xocolata negra, 5g d&#8217;est\u00e8via en pols, una cullerada d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, una culleradeta d&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla i una altra de llevat. Abans de comen\u00e7ar posa el forn a escalfar a 200\u00baC. Primer barreja els ingredients secs en un bol i afegeix l&#8217;oli i l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla. A continuaci\u00f3, tritura la remolatxa i afegeix-la al bol, tamb\u00e9 afegeix les xips de xocolata i barreja fins que quedi una massa homog\u00e8nia. Un cop tinguis la massa preparada, disposa-la en forma de galeta amb una mesura semblant als discos de iogurt gelat i forneja-les durant 20 minuts a 180\u00baC. Un cop tenim les galetes temperades, desemmotllem els discos de iogurt gelat i muntem els entrepans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Creps de farina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/strong>: Has preparat alguna vegada creps de farina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s? No t&#8217;ho pots perdre! Necessitar\u00e0s 1 ou, 100 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-arros\/\">farina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a>, 150 ml de llet o de beguda vegetal, un pessic de sal i oli d&#8217;oliva verge per engreixar la paella. Afegeix tots els ingredients en un recipient i bat fins que quedin ben integrats. Finalment, escalfa la paella amb un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli, i amb una cullera, aboca la massa i, a poc a poc, expandeix-la perqu\u00e8 cobreixi tota la paella. Quan la massa estigui quallada dona-li la volta al crep i deixa que es dauri tamb\u00e9 per l&#8217;altra cara. Retira&#8217;l de la paella i deixa-ho refredar. Quan ja les tinguis totes llistes, emplena-les amb melmelada, formatge fresc per untar, fruita fresca, crema de fruits secs &#8230; Amb el que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi!
