Ja saps que t\u2019emportar\u00e0s per menjar a la platja? En aquest article et proposem 5 receptes per gaudir del mar i del sol. Esperem que t&#8217;agradin aquestes propostes!<\/p>\n<h2>1. Amanida d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, mel\u00f3 i menta<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (4 persones): 4 <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/vasets-arros\/vasets-darros-rodo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vasets d\u2019Arr\u00f2s Rod\u00f3 Nomen<\/a>, 4 rodanxes de mel\u00f3, 100 g de pernil serr\u00e0, menta fresca, oli, pal i pebre negre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Introdu\u00efm els gotets 1 minut al microones i deixem refredar. Tallem el mel\u00f3 a daus petits, el pernil a tires i piquem la menta fresca. En un bol barregem l&#8217;arr\u00f2s juntament amb el mel\u00f3, el pernil, la menta i amanim amb oli d&#8217;oliva. Salpebrem al gust i guardem en fred fins al moment de servir.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Amanida d&#8217;arr\u00f2s basmati, tom\u00e0quet i pesto<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (4 persones): 4 <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/vasets-arros\/vasets-darros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vasets d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Basmati Nomen<\/a>, 4 tom\u00e0quets per a amanida, 1 cogombre, 50 ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, 30 g de parmes\u00e0, 40 g de pinyons, alf\u00e0brega, 100 g de boletes de mozzarella, sal i pebre negra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Introdu\u00efm els gotets 1 minut al microones i deixem refredar. Pelem el cogombre i els tom\u00e0quets i els tallem a daus i els reservem. Amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una batedora triturem l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva juntament amb el parmes\u00e0, els pinyons i unes fulles d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega fins a obtenir una salsa pesto. En un bol barregem l&#8217;arr\u00f2s juntament amb els daus de verdures, el pesto i les boletes de mozzarella. Salpebrem al gust i guardem en fred fins al moment de servir.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Amanida d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral, pinya i fruits secs<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients <\/strong>(4 persones): 4 <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/vasets-arros\/vasets-darros-integral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vasets d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Integral Nomen<\/a>, 4 rodanxes de pinya, 2 pr\u00e9ssecs, 4 talls de pernil dol\u00e7, 2 talls de pernil havarti, 20 g de pipes de carbassa, 20 g de pipes de gira-sol, oli d&#8217;oliva , sal i pebre negre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Introdu\u00efm els gotets 1 minut al microones i deixem refredar. Tallem la pinya i els pr\u00e9ssecs a trossets petits. Tallem el pernil dol\u00e7 i el formatge a tires. En un bol barregem l&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral juntament amb la fruita, el pernil dol\u00e7, el formatge, les pipes i oli d&#8217;oliva. Salpebrem al gust i guardem en fred fins al moment de servir.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Cusc\u00fas amb verduretes<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (4 persones): 200 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cusc\u00fas Nomen<\/a>, 200 ml d&#8217;aigua, 2 carbassons, 2 pastanagues, curri en pols, 50 g de panses, 50 g de pinyons, oli d&#8217;oliva, sal i pebre negre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> En un bol barregem el cusc\u00fas juntament amb una mica d&#8217;oli, sal i pebre negre al gust i barregem b\u00e9. Afegim els 200 ml d&#8217;aigua i deixem reposar uns 15 minuts. Tallem les verdures a daus. Saltegem les verdures amb una mica d&#8217;oli, sal i curri al gust durant 5 minuts i les deixem refredar. Barregem el cusc\u00fas juntament amb les verdures, les panses i els pinyons. Rectifiquem de sal i guardem en fred fins al moment de servir.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Amanida de blat tendre<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (4 persones): 200 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/nomen-blat-tendre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blat Tendre Nomen<\/a>, 1 pebrot vermell, 1 pebrot groc, 50 g de canonges, 60 g de formatge feta, 40 g d&#8217;avellanes, 1 cullerada sopera de mostassa, oli d&#8217;oliva, sal i pebre negra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Bullim el blat tendre durant 10 minuts, colem i refredem amb aigua. Tallem els pebrots a tires i els saltegem juntament amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i deixem refredar. Barregem el blat tendre juntament amb les tires de pebrots, els canonges, el formatge feta esmicolat, les avellanes i la mostassa.
