Aquestes s\u00f3n una bona opci\u00f3 on podem incloure no nom\u00e9s vegetals, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 podem incloure cereals, fruits secs i aliments proteics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>5 receptes d&#8217;amanides amb arr\u00f2s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Amanida verda amb arr\u00f2s integral<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 20g d&#8217;enciam, 50g de tom\u00e0quet, 30g de pastanaga, 30g de pebrot verd, 30g de cogombre, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-de-cultiu-ecologic-nomen\/\">20g d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral de cultiu ecol\u00f2gic Nomen<\/a>, oli, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong>Bullim l&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb dues parts i mitja d&#8217;aigua en una cassola durant 20 minuts. Rentem amb aigua tots els vegetals i tallem la pastanaga i el cogombre en mitges llunes, el tom\u00e0quet a grills i el pebrot a tires. Un cop tenim tots els ingredients preparats, els afegim en un plat o bol. Un cop est\u00e0 cuit, el retirem del foc, el colem i el refredem. Reservem. Rentem els esp\u00e0rrecs de marge i els tallem en 4 trossos. Escalfem a una paella un raig d&#8217;oli i saltegem els esp\u00e0rrecs durant no m\u00e9s de 5 minuts. Reservem. Rentem els espinacs i els tallem. Trossegem les nous i tallem el formatge a daus. Un cop tenim tots els ingredients preparats, els afegim en un plat o bol. Amanim amb sal, oli i pebre al gust i barregem perqu\u00e8 tot quedi ben integrat.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Amanida de pollastre amb arr\u00f2s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-llarg\/\">40g arr\u00f2s llarg Nomen<\/a>, 60 g de pollastre, 50g de pinya, 40g de pastanaga, 20g de blat de moro, 1 ou, oli, sal i pebre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Bullim l&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb tres parts d&#8217;aigua en una cassola durant 15 minuts. Un cop est\u00e0 cuit, el retirem del foc, el colem i el refredem. Reservem. Tallem el pollastre a tires i el cuinem en una paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli (que quedi tipus planxa). Per l&#8217;ou dur, el coem durant 8 minuts. Un cop cuit ho refredem, el pelem i el tallem a rodanxes o a grills. Trossegem la pinya i la pastanaga al gust. Un cop tenim tots els ingredients preparats, els afegim en un plat o bol.
