Segur que recordes el nostre article &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/tot-sobre-el-gluten\/\">Tot sobre el gluten<\/a>&#8220;, en ell et vam explicar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el gluten, en quin tipus d&#8217;aliments el pots trobar, quin tipus de malalties pot causar i qui hauria de seguir una dieta sense gluten.<\/p>\n<p>Avui et portem algunes delicioses receptes sense gluten per ampliar la teva alimentaci\u00f3 si no ho pots prendre o per tenir idees originals per sorprendre aquells convidats intolerants. <strong>Assegura&#8217;t que tots els aliments siguin sense gluten, sobretot en el cas dels envasats o en conserva, ja que poden contenir additius o condiments que tinguin gluten o estiguin contaminats.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>3 receptes sense gluten<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Risotto de bolets i esp\u00e0rrecs verds<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75g <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-especial-risotto-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d&#8217;arr\u00f2s arborio especial risotto Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>75g de bolets<\/li>\n<li>80 g d&#8217;esp\u00e0rrecs verds<\/li>\n<li>20g de parmes\u00e0 en pols<\/li>\n<li>Mitja ceba<\/li>\n<li>Mig gra d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de brou de verdures<\/li>\n<li>50ml de vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Per comen\u00e7ar, renta b\u00e9 els vegetals i pica a trossos ben petits l&#8217;all i la ceba, talla en quatre parts els esp\u00e0rrecs i els bolets a l\u00e0mines.<\/li>\n<li>Prepara una paella amb una cullerada d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, quan estigui calent afegeix la ceba i l&#8217;all, i daura&#8217;ls a foc r\u00e0pid mentre vas remenant perqu\u00e8 no se&#8217;t cremin.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop estiguin una mica daurats (sense que arribi a cremar), baixa el foc i afegeix un parell de cullerades soperes del brou de verdures, deixa la paella tapada perqu\u00e8 la ceba i l&#8217;all es vagin cuinant i ves remenant perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxi.<\/li>\n<li>Quan vegis que la ceba comen\u00e7a a estar tendra afegeix els esp\u00e0rrecs i remou.<\/li>\n<li>Passats uns 10 minuts, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;afegir els esp\u00e0rrecs, afegeix els bolets i el vi blanc i remou perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa que els bolets es comencin a coure amb els altres vegetals amb la paella tapada durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n<li>Quan hagi passat aquest temps, afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, salpebra, remou i deixa-ho un parell de minuts amb la tapa.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, ves afegint a poc a poc el brou de verdures a mesura que l&#8217;arr\u00f2s el vagi absorbint i remou perqu\u00e8 no es quedi enganxat i adquireixi una textura cremosa.<\/li>\n<li>Quan l&#8217;arr\u00f2s hagi absorbit gaireb\u00e9 tot el brou apaga el foc, afegeix el parmes\u00e0 en pols, remou i deixa reposar uns minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment serveix teu delici\u00f3s risotto en un plat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Arr\u00f2s salvatge amb bledes, espinacs i nabius<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-salvatge-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">arr\u00f2s salvatge Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 fulles de bledes amb tija vermella<\/li>\n<li>50g d&#8217;espinacs frescos<\/li>\n<li>10g de nabius deshidratats<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimenta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Escalfa en una olla dues parts d&#8217;aigua per una d&#8217;arr\u00f2s salvatge amb una mica de sal i afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s quan l&#8217;aigua comenci a bullir. Mentre l&#8217;arr\u00f2s salvatge es va coent, prepara els vegetals.<\/li>\n<li>Renta b\u00e9 les fulles de bledes i espinacs i trosseja\u2019ls.<\/li>\n<li>Posa a escalfar una cullerada d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva en una paella i salta les fulles fins que estiguin al dente.<\/li>\n<li>Quan l&#8217;arr\u00f2s estigui cuit, per\u00f2 una mica al dente, retira-ho del foc i s&#8217;escorre b\u00e9 l&#8217;aigua.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s salvatge i els nabius a la paella amb els vegetals i salta un parell de minuts tots els aliments junts perqu\u00e8 quedin integrats.<\/li>\n<li>Abans de retirar salpebra els aliments i barreja b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment serveix en un plat, si t&#8217;agrada pots amanir la preparaci\u00f3 amb un raig de llimona.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Arr\u00f2s amb beguda vegetal i vainilla<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients <\/strong>(per a 4 persones):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200g d&#8217;arr\u00f2s de cultiu ecol\u00f2gic Nomen<\/li>\n<li>1L de beguda d&#8217;avellanes<\/li>\n<li>2 brots de canyella<\/li>\n<li>La pell d&#8217;una llimona<\/li>\n<li>2 culleradetes d&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Una mica de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa la beguda d&#8217;avellanes a escalfar a foc r\u00e0pid en una olla al costat de la pell de la llimona, les branquetes de canyella i una mica de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre s&#8217;escalfa, s&#8217;esbandeix b\u00e9 l&#8217;arr\u00f2s sota l&#8217;aixeta fins que quedi ben net.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la beguda d&#8217;avellanes arrenqui el bull afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla i baixa el foc al m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n<li>Ves remenant l&#8217;arr\u00f2s perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxi a l&#8217;olla ni quedi endurit fins que hagi absorbit gaireb\u00e9 tota la beguda vegetal, recorda que ha de quedar una mica de l\u00edquid perqu\u00e8 quedi al punt.<\/li>\n<li>Quan tinguis l&#8217;arr\u00f2s al punt retira-ho del foc i serveix-lo en quatre recipients de fang tradicionals i deixa que es temperin a temperatura ambient durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop l&#8217;arr\u00f2s s&#8217;hagi refredat una mica a temperatura ambient, fica-ho a la nevera durant unes 2 hores com a m\u00ednim per a prendre-ho ben fred.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 et semblen aquestes originals preparacions?
