Quan es parla d&#8217;un estil de vida saludable solem centrar-nos en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, per\u00f2 estar ben hidratat tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important perqu\u00e8 el nostre cos funcioni com cal. A vegades, quan acaba l&#8217;estiu i no fa tanta calor ens oblidem de beure prou aigua.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>7 maneres de mantenir el teu cos hidratat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Porta una ampolleta d&#8217;aigua sempre a sobre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aquesta t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a recordar beure aigua cada vegada que obris la bossa o la motxilla. \u00c9s habitual oblidar-se de beure aigua durant el dia. Amb l&#8217;enrenou de la feina i del dia a dia, no parem la mateixa atenci\u00f3 a les necessitats del nostre cos. A m\u00e9s, com que ja no fa tanta calor, no notem tant la set. En cas que puntualment prenguis alcohol recorda prendre aigua per hidratar-te.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pren entre 6 i 8 gots d&#8217;aigua al dia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si ets dels que et costa beure aigua, pots arribar als requeriments comptant gots i distribuint-los al llarg del dia.
