Pren nota de les seg\u00fcents receptes saludables per elaborar dol\u00e7os i sorpr\u00e8n a tots en la vig\u00edlia del dia dels difunts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5 receptes de dol\u00e7os saludables per Halloween<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Boles de lluna de sang<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200g d&#8217;ametlles m\u00f2ltes<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de formatge fresc per untar<\/li>\n<li>1 culleradeta de mel<\/li>\n<li>Unes gotetes de colorant alimentari vermell<\/li>\n<li>Coco ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Afegeix les ametlles m\u00f2ltes, el formatge fresc, la mel i el colorant vermell en un bol i barreja-ho tot b\u00e9. Tingues en compte que la massa ha de quedar de color vermell, no rosada.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa reposar la massa a la nevera uns 10 minuts i prepara un bol amb el coco ratllat.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00f3na-li forma de boletes a la massa i a mesura que vagis fent les boles arrebossa b\u00e9 amb el coco ratllat.<\/li>\n<li>Quan les tinguis preparades, serveix-en un plat terror\u00edfic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Tombes de xocolata<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g de flocs de civada integral<\/li>\n<li>1 pl\u00e0tan gran<\/li>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>2 d\u00e0tils<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de cacau en pols desgreixat<\/li>\n<li>20g de xocolata blanca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 180 \u00ba C mentre prepares les galetes.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura el pl\u00e0tan, l&#8217;ou i els d\u00e0tils a la batedora.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estiguin ben triturats afegeix la civada i el cacau a la barreja i integra&#8217;ls.<\/li>\n<li>Quan quedi una massa homog\u00e8nia, disposa-en forma de l\u00e0pides en una safata protegida amb paper de forn.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;enforna les galetes durant 15 minuts fins que estiguin ben cuites.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, mentre es refreden, fon la xocolata blanca.<\/li>\n<li>Quan les galetes estiguin fredes decora amb la xocolata blanca. Et donem unes idees divertides per a la seva decoraci\u00f3: R.I.P., una creu, com si estigu\u00e9s trencada, un fantasma &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Quan s&#8217;assequi la xocolata, serveix en una safata coberta amb paper de seda o de pinotxo que sigui de color verd per simular un camp de gespa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Galetes de carbassa<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g de carbassa bullida i triturada<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de mel<\/li>\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n<li>200g de farina de blat integral Nomen<\/li>\n<li>3 cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de llevat<\/li>\n<li>2 culleradetes de canyella<\/li>\n<li>Nou moscada<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Barreja la carabassa, la mel, els ous i l&#8217;oli en un bol fins que quedi una barreja homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix-li la farina, el llevat, la canyella i sal i nou moscada al gust i barreja b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Greixa una safata de forn, i amb ajuda d&#8217;un motlle de galetes en forma de carabassa, d\u00f3na-li forma a la massa.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;enforna les galetes durant uns 10 minuts fins que quedin daurades.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment deixa que es refredin i serveix en una safata decorativa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Magdalenes sagnants<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 pl\u00e0tans<\/li>\n<li>1 iogurt<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>250g de farina de blat Nomen<\/li>\n<li>1 culleradeta de canyella<\/li>\n<li>1 culleradeta d&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Confitura de maduixes<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura els pl\u00e0tans a la batedora juntament amb el iogurt, l&#8217;oli, la canyella i l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla.<\/li>\n<li>Passa la barreja a un bol i poc a poc, integra la farina.<\/li>\n<li>Quan tinguis la barreja preparada, reparteix-la pels motlles de magdalenes pr\u00e8viament engreixats.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;enforna les magdalenes durant uns 20 minuts fins que estiguin ben cuites.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estiguin a punt, treu-les del forn i deixa-les refredar.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop fredes, fes un forat al centre de la magdalena (pots fer servir una cullera de fusta de cuina) i omple-les amb confitura de maduixes fins que desbordi una mica.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix les magdalenes en una safata.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Fantasmes de pl\u00e0tan<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pl\u00e0tans (de cadascun surten dos fantasmes)<\/li>\n<li>Pals de fusta per a gelats<\/li>\n<li>Iogurt desnatat<\/li>\n<li>Gotetes de xocolata negra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Talla els pl\u00e0tans per la meitat.<\/li>\n<li>Clava els pals en el pl\u00e0tan per on els has tallat.<\/li>\n<li>congela els pl\u00e0tans durant unes 4 hores fins que estiguin ben congelats.<\/li>\n<li>Abans de treure els pl\u00e0tans del congelador, bat b\u00e9 el iogurt perqu\u00e8 estigui preparat i sense grumolls.<\/li>\n<li>Quan els pl\u00e0tans estiguin ben congelats, banya&#8217;ls en iogurt i posa-li dues gotetes de xocolata com si fossin els ulls.<\/li>\n<li>Torna a ficar al congelador els pl\u00e0tans perqu\u00e8 es congeli el iogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Treu els pl\u00e0tans del congelador just abans de servir-los.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gaudeix de Halloween amb aquests deliciosos dol\u00e7os!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vols sorprendre als teus amics i familiars aquest Halloween?
