Tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 una gran quantitat de betacarotens que, a part de tenir un gran poder antioxidant, s\u00f3n els responsables del seu color ataronjat i interv\u00e9 en la cura de la pell.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3 receptes amb moniato<\/h2>\n<h3>Crema de moniato amb beguda vegetal d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 quilo de moniato sense pell<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd L de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd L de brou de verdures<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 ceba gran<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Oli d&#8217;oliva<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sal<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pebre negre (opcional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pica la ceba i talla el moniato en trossos petits.<\/li>\n<li>Ofega la ceba en una olla amb una mica d&#8217;oli i sal (opcionalment, pots fer-li una mica de pebre negre m\u00f2lt). Recorda anar remenant perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxi ni es cremi.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la ceba estigui gaireb\u00e9 picada, afegeix el moniato, barreja b\u00e9 i tapa l&#8217;olla.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa que es cogui durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Despr\u00e9s afegeix brou de verdures, remou i torna a tapar mentre s&#8217;acaben de coure els ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estigui ben cuit, afegeix la beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, remou i deixa-ho fins que arrenqui el bull.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, retira l&#8217;olla del foc i afegeix la barreja a la batedora.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, tritura fins que quedi una textura fina i homog\u00e8nia. Si vols una textura m\u00e9s liquida pots afegir m\u00e9s beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s o brou de verdures.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tinguis la crema a punt, serveix.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Xips de moniato d&#8217;acompanyament<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Moniatos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sal<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Esp\u00e8cies al gust<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa el forn a escalfar a 180 \u00ba C mentre prepares el moniato.<\/li>\n<li>Pela&#8217;ls i tallar-com m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi: a l\u00e0mines, tacs, palets &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Posa-ho en un bol i afegeix oli i sal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tingues en compte que no has d&#8217;afegir molt oli, nom\u00e9s un rajol\u00ed per sobre.<\/p>\n<p>Pots afegir tamb\u00e9 esp\u00e8cies al gust. Com pebre, herbes proven\u00e7als, alf\u00e0brega, pebre vermell &#8230;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Remou b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 tots els trossos s&#8217;impregnin d&#8217;oli, sal i esp\u00e8cies (en el cas que les hagis agregat).<\/li>\n<li>Disposa el moniato sobre una safata protegida amb paper de forn i introdueix al forn.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;enforna fins que es dauri per fora i cuinat per dins.
