Pren nota d\u2019aquests consells per mantenir el ritme durant les festes i que la tornada no sigui tan dura.<\/p>\n<h2>6\u00a0consells per mantenir el ritme<\/h2>\n<h3>Cal mantenir la rutina<\/h3>\n<p>Encara que la rutina de vegades pot ser estressant, perdre-la del tot quan fem vacances pot resultar una mica xocant. De fet, si l\u2019oblidem del tot, ens costar\u00e0 m\u00e9s tornar-hi. Per no perdre-la, nom\u00e9s cal mantenir els horaris dels menjars i algunes activitats quotidianes, com ara anar a comprar o al gimn\u00e0s almenys amb la mateixa freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia que durant la resta de l\u2019any.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s bo mantenir-se ocupat i quedar amb amics i fam\u00edlia. Una altra opci\u00f3 \u00e9s fer petites excursions o aprofitar els moments lliures per comprar els regals de Nadal, o b\u00e9 aprofitar per reprendre activitats que durant el dia a dia queden una mica aparcades a causa de les presses habituals, com ara llegir un bon llibre, pintar o qualsevol altre <em>hobby<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Cal planificar l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt important per mantenir el ritme i tenir energia. Durant les vacances tindr\u00e0s una mica m\u00e9s de temps lliure, per tant pots aprofitar per innovar a la cuina i provar de fer <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/4-receptes-innovadores-per-mostrar-teu-costat-mes-creatiu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">receptes noves i creatives<\/a> per incloure al teu men\u00fa equilibrat. Al nostre blog et donem uns quants consells perqu\u00e8 puguis elaborar un <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-preparar-menu-setmanal-variat-i-equilibrat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">men\u00fa setmanal variat i equilibrat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Potser alguns \u00e0pats festius no els pots planificar perqu\u00e8 els far\u00e0s fora de casa, per\u00f2 pots planejar la resta de menjars, ja que en realitat els dies de men\u00fas especials es poden comptar amb els dits d\u2019una m\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3>No t\u2019has de saltar menjars<\/h3>\n<p>Per vacances \u00e9s for\u00e7a habitual saltar-se algun \u00e0pat, sobretot l\u2019esmorzar de mig mat\u00ed i el berenar. I molta gent no sopa perqu\u00e8 els dinars familiars s\u00f3n molt complets i al vespre encara estan tips.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests dies de festa, mantenir el mos de mig mat\u00ed i de la tarda ens ajudar\u00e0 a no tenir tanta gana per dinar i sopar, i aix\u00ed menjarem d\u2019una manera m\u00e9s sensata.<\/p>\n<h3>Cal ser conscient de les racions en els \u00e0pats festius<\/h3>\n<p>Als \u00e0pats nadalencs s\u2019acostuma a menjar m\u00e9s a causa de la quantitat d\u2019aperitius que se serveixen per picar, a part dels plats individuals. En els aperitius es menja amb desmesura. S\u2019agafen sense aturar de les safates amb qu\u00e8 se serveixen i no es controlen gens les quantitats que se\u2019n menja. Quan arriba el segon plat, ja no es t\u00e9 gana, per\u00f2 continuem menjant.<\/p>\n<p>Per evitar menjar quantitats excessives, el millor \u00e9s que cadasc\u00fa se serveixi al plat una quantitat raonable d\u2019aperitiu, segons la gana que es tingui, per no menjar massa en el segon plat.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 el problema d\u2019aquests dies festius no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s els men\u00fas. La sobretaula \u00e9s una altra tradici\u00f3 en aquests \u00e0pats i normalment inclou torrons, polvorons i altres tipus de dol\u00e7os. S\u2019acostumen a menjar amb els caf\u00e8s o les infusions i, com en el cas dels aperitius, conv\u00e9 ser conscient de la quantitat de dol\u00e7os que es mengen, ja que resulten una gran font cal\u00f2rica. \u00c9s una de les raons per les quals despr\u00e9s es t\u00e9 aquesta sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019estar tip, fins i tot al cap d\u2019unes quantes hores.<\/p>\n<h3>Cal mantenir-se actiu<\/h3>\n<p>No deixis de banda les teves activitats l\u00fadiques ni les pr\u00e0ctiques esportives. Continua fent la teva activitat f\u00edsica com de costum; si pots, fins i tot aprofita per fer <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/practicar-esport-aire-lliure-lhivern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e9s esports d\u2019hivern a l\u2019aire lliure<\/a>. \u00c9s l\u2019\u00fanica \u00e8poca de l\u2019any en qu\u00e8 podem gaudir d\u2019aquest tipus d\u2019esports.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, pots aprofitar la tarda per fer un tomb abans que es pongui el sol. \u00c9s una oportunitat fant\u00e0stica per fer baixar el menjar, sobretot els dies festius, i de passada tamb\u00e9 et servir\u00e0 per reduir el temps de la sobretaula!<\/p>\n<h3>Cal trobar moments per descansar<\/h3>\n<p>Igual que durant les vacances \u00e9s bo mantenir part de la rutina, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s necessari trobar moments per descansar. Pots triar activitats com la lectura, veure una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula o passejar.
