Et proposem 3 receptes amb amarant perqu\u00e8 innovis a la cuina.<\/p>\n<h2>3 receptes per cuinar amb amarant<\/h2>\n<h3>Alvocats farcits d\u2019amarant<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 alvocats<\/li>\n<li>4 cullerades soperes plenes d\u2019amarant<\/li>\n<li>1 tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/sales\/sal-lhimalaia-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sal de l\u2019Him\u00e0laia Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pebre negra m\u00f2lta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Deixa en remull l\u2019amarant al menys unes 12 hores i posteriorment posa\u2019l a bullir amb aigua abundant durant uns 30 minuts fins que estigui ben cuinat.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop l\u2019amarant estigui cuit, retira\u2019l del foc, escorre\u2019l i esbandeix-lo b\u00e9. Reserva\u2019l en un bol.<\/li>\n<li>Renta b\u00e9 el tom\u00e0quet i talla\u2019l en daus petits. Reserva\u2019l en un bol.<\/li>\n<li>Divideix els alvocats en dues meitats m\u00e9s o menys iguals i treu els pinyols.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, buida part de la polpa de les meitats, sense que es trenqui la pell.<\/li>\n<li>Talla la polpa de l\u2019alvocat que hagis retirat a trossets petits, de mida similar als trossos de tom\u00e0quet.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix el tom\u00e0quet, l\u2019amarant i l\u2019alvocat en un bol i barreja-ho fins que els 3 ingredients quedin integrats.<\/li>\n<li>Assaona el farcit amb la sal de l\u2018Him\u00e0laia Nomen i pebre negra, i barreja fins que els condiments es vagin integrant.<\/li>\n<li>Farceix les meitats de l\u2019alvocat amb el farcit i serveix-los en un plat amb un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra per sobre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Mandonguilles d\u2019amarant i quinoa<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de quinoa<\/li>\n<li>150 g d\u2019amarant<\/li>\n<li>5 g julivert fresc<\/li>\n<li>1 all<\/li>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba blanca<\/li>\n<li>100 g d\u2019espinacs frescos<\/li>\n<li>3 cullerades soperes de pa ratllat<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Deixa en remull la quinoa i l\u2019amarant durant unes 12 hores. Passat aquest temps, esbandeix b\u00e9 els pseudocereals i posa\u2019ls a bullir amb aigua abundant.<\/li>\n<li>Cuina\u2019ls durant uns 30 minut fins que estiguin ben cuits, despr\u00e9s retira\u2019ls del foc, escorre b\u00e9 l\u2019aigua i reserva\u2019ls en un bol.<\/li>\n<li>Aprofita el temps de cocci\u00f3 per bullir els espinacs, que tardaran uns 5 minuts en coure. Un cop cuits, escorre\u2019ls i reserva\u2019ls.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre cous la resta d\u2019aliments pela la ceba i l\u2019all, i reserva\u2019ls.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix al vas de la batedora els pseudocereals, la ceba, l\u2019all i els espinacs, i tritura els ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, afegeix l\u2019ou, el pa ratllat i el julivert a la barreja. Salpebra al gust. Tritura-ho fins que quedi una pasta homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tinguis la massa a punt, retira-la de la batedora i fes boles de mida mitjana. Reserva-les en una safata fins que hagis de cuinar-les.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop estiguin preparades totes les mandonguilles, escalfa una mica d\u2019oli en una paella i marca les mandonguilles per tota la superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix-les amb la salsa que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Past\u00eds d\u2019amarant amb nous<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-de-blat-integral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">farina de blat integral Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>500 g d\u2019amarant<\/li>\n<li>200 ml llet semidesnatada<\/li>\n<li>200 g nabius<\/li>\n<li>100 ml oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>45 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>50 g de nous<\/li>\n<li>5 ous<\/li>\n<li>1 sobre de llevat en pols (15 g)<\/li>\n<li>2 culleradetes d\u2019ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 pessic de sal<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa en remull l\u2019amarant durant unes 12 hores, passat aquest temps, escorre\u2019l i esbandeix-lo b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Posa a escalfar el forn a m\u00e0xima temperatura mentre prepares la massa.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura a m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia l\u2019amarant amb 150 g de nabius a la batedora fins que quedi una pasta homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix la resta dels ingredients a la batedora excepte l\u2019oli, les nous i els 5 g de nabius restants.<\/li>\n<li>Bat b\u00e9 els ingredients fins que quedi una massa homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Engreixa un motllo del tipus \u201cplum cake\u201d amb oli d\u2019oliva i posa-hi la massa. Afegeix per sobre els nabius i les nous.<\/li>\n<li>Posa la massa al forn durant uns 40 minuts a 180 \u00baC, comprova que la massa est\u00e0 totalment cuita punxant-la amb un escuradents.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop llesta, apaga el forn i deixa que es temperi a dins amb la porta mig oberta.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, quan estigui temperat desemmotlla\u2019l.
