A continuaci\u00f3, afegeix la carbassa macerada junt amb el suc de la maceraci\u00f3 i tritura fins aconseguir una textura cremosa i homog\u00e8nia.<\/p>\n<h3>Hummus d\u2019alberg\u00ednia<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 2 alberg\u00ednies, 2 cullerades de suc de llimona natural, 1 cullerada d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, sal marina, pebre negre m\u00f2lt, 1 dent d\u2019all, 2 cullerades de s\u00e8sam torrat i \u00bd cullereta de com\u00ed en pols.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Forneja les alberg\u00ednies fins que estiguin completament cuites. Una vegada estiguin rostides, retira-les i, mentrestant es temperen, prepara la resta dels ingredients. Pela l\u2019all i treu-li el cor. Pela l\u2019alberg\u00ednia. Afegeix tots els ingredients al bol de la batedora. Tritura tots els ingredients fins que quedi una pasta uniforme.<\/p>\n<h3>Crema de anacards i fines herbes (tipus mat\u00f3)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 100 grams d\u2019anacards, 1 cullerada d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, 2 cullerades de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/bebida\/bebida-de-arroz-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a>, el suc de \u00bd llimona, 2 cullerades de llevat de cervesa, sal marina, pebre roig picant, 1 dent d\u2019all, 1 branca de julivert, unes fulles de menta, 1 culleradeta d\u2019orenga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Posa en remull els anacards durant almenys 12 hores. Retira els anacards del remull, escorre\u2019ls b\u00e9 i tritura\u2019ls a la batedora. Afegeix la beguda vegetal d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen, l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, l\u2019all sense el cor i les altres esp\u00e8cies al gust. Bat una mica per a que tot es barregi i deixa-ho reposar durant una hora per a que la pasta d\u2019anacard agafi el sabor de las esp\u00e8cies. Passada l\u2019hora, acaba de triturar fins obtenir una pasta uniforme.<\/p>\n<h3>Hummus de shiitake<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 40 grams de bolets shiitake deshidratats, mitja ceba, \u00bd porro petit, \u00bd culleradeta de gingebre fresc rallat, 2 cullerades de salsa de soja, 2 cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, 4 nous, sal i pebre negra molta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Remulla els bolets deshidratats durant 30 minuts en agua calenta en un recipient y tapa\u2019ls per a que mantingui millor la calor. Retira els bolets de l\u2019aigua, per\u00f2 conserva aquesta agua. Neteja i pela la ceba i el porro. Talla en tires els bolets shiitake, la ceba i el porro. En una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli, salteja la ceba i el porro. Quan comencin a daurar-se, agrega el shiitake. Salteja a foc r\u00e0pid un parell de minuts i despr\u00e9s deixa que es coguin b\u00e9 a foc lent amb la tapa posada. Mentrestant es couen afegeix sal, pebre, la salsa de soja, y el gingebre. Si \u00e9s necessari, afegeix una mica d\u2019aigua de remull per a que no es cremin els aliments. Quan estigui tot ben cuinat, retira-ho del foc i agrega-ho a la batedora. Tritura fins a que quedi tot molt ben picat i uniforme. Afegeix aigua per a adaptar la consist\u00e8ncia. Rectifica la sal i el pebre si \u00e9s necessari, i deixa temperar abans de consumir.<\/p>\n<h3>Pat\u00e9 d\u2019olives<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 150 grams d\u2019olives verdes desossades, 100 grams d\u2019olives negres desossades, 1 branca de coriandre fresc, 3 o 4 fulles de julivert fresc, \u00bc ceba, 4 cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i el suc de mitja llimona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Afegeix tots els ingredients a la batedora i bat fins a que quedi tot ben picat. No \u00e9s necessari que quedi una pasta totalment homog\u00e8nia. Pots condimentar amb altres esp\u00e8cies com orenga, farigola, roman\u00ed o com\u00ed, les que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradin.<\/p>\n<h3>Hummus de mongetes, tom\u00e0quets secs i remolatxa<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 100g de mongetes vermelles cuites, 6 tom\u00e0quets secs, 1 remolatxa (50g aproximadament), 20g d\u2019anacards crus, 1 cullerada d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, 1 cullerada d\u2019all en pols, 1 cullerada de beguda vegetal de soja i sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Escorre b\u00e9 les mongetes y esbandeix-les. Afegeix tots els ingredients a la batedora i tritura b\u00e9 els ingredients fins que quedi una pasta fina. Pots afegir m\u00e9s beguda vegetal per corregir la textura en cas de que sigui necessari.<\/p>\n<h3>Pat\u00e9 de pebrots<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 120 grams de pebrots escalivats, 250 grams de tofu, una dent d\u2019all, oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, \u00bd culleradeta de pebre roig picant, com\u00ed i sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Trosseja una mica els pebrots escalivats i el tofu. Afegeix tots els ingredients a la batedora i tritura fins que quedi una pasta uniforme. Rectifica la quantitat de condiments al gust. Pots utilitzar tofu marinat per donar-li un toc diferent o marinar el tofu com m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi.<\/p>\n<h3>Hummus de pastanaga<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 200 grams de pastanaga, 30 grams d\u2019olives negres sense os, 1 ceba tendra, pebre negre, pebre roig picant, el suc de mitja llimona, 2 cullerada de s\u00e8sam torrat, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/sales\/sal-del-himalaya-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sal de l\u2019Himalaya Nomen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Pela les pastanagues i les bulls durant uns 20 minuts fins que estiguin ben cuinades. Agrega les pastanagues bullides i ben escorregudes al bol de la batedora i afegeix les olives, la ceba tendra, el suc de llimona, el pebre negre, el pebre roig i la sal al gust. Tritura fins que sigui una pasta homog\u00e8nia i serveix-la.<\/p>\n<h3>Crema de pl\u00e0tan<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 2 pl\u00e0tans madurs, 100 grams de coco ratllat, 75 grams de nous, 100 mil\u00b7lilitres de beguda vegetal de coco i una cullerada de xarop d&#8217;atzavara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Tritura b\u00e9 tots els ingredients fins que quedi una pasta homog\u00e8nia. Pots afegir-li unes gotes d\u2019ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla o una mica de canyella per donar-li un extra de sabor.<\/p>\n<h3>Crema d\u2019avellanes i cacau<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 200 grams d\u2019avellanes torrades sense sal, 1 cullerada d\u2019oli de coco, 20 grams de cacau en pols pur (2 cullerades soperes omplerta) i ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Tritura les avellanes a la batedora fins que quedi una pasta m\u00e9s o menys fina i homog\u00e8nia. Quan comenci a tenir un aspecte crem\u00f3s afegeix la resta dels ingredients i tritura\u2019ls fins que quedi una crema completament homog\u00e8nia.
