Et donem unes idees per cuinar pasta fresca que t\u2019encantaran.<\/p>\n<h2>3 receptes de pasta fresca casolana<\/h2>\n<h3>Lasanya de pollastre, espinacs i formatge de cabra amb pasta d\u2019arr\u00f2s<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients <\/strong>(per a 4 persones):<\/p>\n<p>Per la pasta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/semola\/semola-de-arros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">s\u00e8mola d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada sopera d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pel farcit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g de pit de pollastre<\/li>\n<li>800 g d\u2019espinacs frescos<\/li>\n<li>200 g de formatge de cabra<\/li>\n<li>4 cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negre<\/li>\n<li>Formatge ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepara la <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-fer-pasta-fresca-casolana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pasta fresca<\/a> i talla-la en 16 quadrats m\u00e9s o menys iguals.<\/li>\n<li>Bull la pasta durant un minut. Escorre-la b\u00e9 i eixuga-la amb un drap net o amb paper de cuina. Reserva-la.<\/li>\n<li>Pel farcit, tritura b\u00e9 el pit de pollastre en cru amb la batedora. Talla els espinacs per reduir la seva mida i integra\u2019ls amb el pollastre. Tamb\u00e9 talla el formatge a bocins o a daus.<\/li>\n<li>Posa els ingredients del farcit en un bol. Salpebra i afegeix 2 cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i barreja b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tinguis el farcit preparat, munta les 4 lasanyes. Primer posa una capa de l\u00e0mina de pasta i cobreix-la amb una mica de farcit. Repeteix fins que tinguis muntada una lasanya de tres pisos. Espargeix per sobre formatge ratllat.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tinguis les 4 lasanyes muntades, posa-les al forn pr\u00e8viament escalfat a 180 \u00baC. Deixa que es cuinin durant uns 20-30 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Quan les lasanyes estiguin ben cuites i el formatge gratinat, treu-les del forn i serveix-les.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Fetuchini de remolatxa amb alvocat, alf\u00e0brega i anacards<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (per a 2 persones):<\/p>\n<p>Per la pasta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/semola\/semola-de-blat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">s\u00e8mola de blat Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>Una remolatxa<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada sopera d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per acompanyar la pasta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u2013 3 cullerades soperes d\u2019oli picant<\/li>\n<li>Mig alvocat<\/li>\n<li>10 \u2013 15 fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega<\/li>\n<li>Uns 10 anacards<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Comen\u00e7a netejant la remolatxa per eliminar la sorra que pugui tenir a la superf\u00edcie. Pela-la i tritura-la amb la batedora.<\/li>\n<li>Prepara la <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-fer-pasta-fresca-casolana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pasta fresca casolana<\/a> amb la remolatxa. Tingues en compte que en aquest cas no s\u2019afegeix aigua. La remolatxa cont\u00e9 molta aigua i es probable que necessitis m\u00e9s s\u00e8mola per una major consist\u00e8ncia de la massa.<\/li>\n<li>Quan tinguis la massa aplanada doblega-la per poder tallar millor els fetuchini. Si has utilitzat una m\u00e0quina de pasta, talla la l\u00e0mina de pasta amb uns dos dits d\u2019ample i uns 30 \u2013 40 cm de llarg perqu\u00e8 siguin m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils d\u2019enrotllar.<\/li>\n<li>Quan tinguis la pasta preparada, deixa que s\u2019assequi mentre prepares els condiments.<\/li>\n<li>Talla l\u2019alvocat a daus d\u2019un dit m\u00e9s o menys, i pica amb un ganivet les fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega i els anacards per reduir una mica la seva grand\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Bull els fetuchini durant 2 minuts amb una mica de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estiguin cuits, escorre\u2019ls i serveix-los en un plat.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix-li oli picant i la resta d\u2019aliments per acompanyar la pasta. Barreja-ho b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019oli picant:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019oli picant pots comprar-ho fet o fer-lo a casa. Si el vols fer a casa, has de tenir en compte que fins que l\u2019oli no absorbeixi els sabors i l\u2019aroma dels condiments passaran un parell de dies. Per fer-ho, agafa un setrill buit i afegeix 3 vitets, 1 dent d&#8217;all, 1 \u2013 2 fulles de llorer i, si t&#8217;agrada, una branqueta de farigola. A continuaci\u00f3, emplena el setrill amb oli verge extra i deixa infusionar.<\/p>\n<h2>Raviolis de bolets amb salsa de tom\u00e0quet cherry<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients <\/strong>(per a 2 persones):<\/p>\n<p>Per la pasta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/semola\/semola-de-trigo\/\">s\u00e8mola de blat Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada sopera d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pel farcit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de bolets al gust<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per la salsa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de tom\u00e0quets cherry<\/li>\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Comen\u00e7a preparant el farciment, pica la ceba petita i cuina-la en una paella amb un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre es va fent la ceba, renta b\u00e9 els bolets i talla\u2019ls amb un mida similar al de la ceba. Quan ho tinguis, afegeix-los a la paella juntament amb la ceba. Salpebra, barreja b\u00e9 i deixa que es cuinin amb el foc al m\u00ednim i amb la tapa posada. Ves remenant per tal que no es cremin.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre es van coent pots comen\u00e7ar a fer la salsa, talla els tom\u00e0quets cherry per la meitat i afegeix-los a una paella amb un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli. Afegeix sal i orenga i remena perqu\u00e8 tots els trossos s&#8217;impregnin amb els condiments.<\/li>\n<li>Salteja els tom\u00e0quets a foc r\u00e0pid durant uns 5 minuts i despr\u00e9s deixa\u2019ls tapats a foc lent. Quan comencin a estar cuits aixafa\u2019ls amb la mateixa esp\u00e0tula.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tinguis el farcit preparat, reserva\u2019l i comen\u00e7a a preparar la <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/com-fer-pasta-fresca-casolana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">massa de la pasta<\/a> mentre es tempera.<\/li>\n<li>Quan tinguis la l\u00e0mina de pasta preparada, divideix-la en quadrats d\u2019uns 3 dits.<\/li>\n<li>Separa la meitat dels quadradets de pasta i col\u00b7loca\u2019ls pel marbre per poder farcir els raviolis.<\/li>\n<li>Posa una cullereta de caf\u00e8 del farcit aproximadament.
