Tamb\u00e9 et donem alguns consells per elaborar aquest tipus de preparacions.<\/p>\n<h2>Abans de comen\u00e7ar a cuinar potets per als nadons<\/h2>\n<p>Abans de comen\u00e7ar has de tenir en compte alguns aspectes per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de pur\u00e9s, farinetes i potets casolans per al teu nad\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Afegeix la quantitat apropiada de prote\u00efnes<\/h3>\n<p>Encara que a vegades sembli\u00a0una quantitat escassa, un nad\u00f3 no necessita molt m\u00e9s que uns 40g de carn o peix al principi. I poc a poc, necessitar\u00e0 quantitats una miqueta majors. Encara que quan tastis el pur\u00e9 pugui semblar-te ins\u00edpid, un nad\u00f3 no necessita m\u00e9s micronutrients. Tampoc \u00e9s necessari afegir sucre a les farinetes dolces, la fruita ja \u00e9s dol\u00e7a per s\u00ed mateixa, gr\u00e0cies a la fructosa.<\/p>\n<h3>Afegeix oli d\u2019oliva verge una vegada hagis cuinat els aliments<\/h3>\n<p>La llet materna cont\u00e9 greixos i, aquests han de mantenir-se amb la introducci\u00f3 d\u2019aliments. Per no perdre part de les vitamines termol\u00e0bils, \u00e9s a dir, les que es perden per l\u2019efecte de la calor, la millor opci\u00f3 \u00e9s afegir una miqueta d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva just abans de donar-li la farineta al nad\u00f3. Aix\u00ed conservar\u00e0 al m\u00e0xim les vitamines de l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.<\/p>\n<h3>Conserva correctament els potets<\/h3>\n<p>La millor opci\u00f3 \u00e9s conservar-los en racions individuals en potets de vidre. Indicant la data en que s\u2019ha elaborat i els seus ingredients. Si es conserven en nevera poden durar entre 2 i 3 dies. Tamb\u00e9 poden congelar-se, d\u2019aquesta manera la vida \u00fatil \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s llarga.<\/p>\n<h2>Per a la selecci\u00f3 d\u2019ingredients de farinetes<\/h2>\n<h3>Utilitza nom\u00e9s els aliments que hagis introdu\u00eft pr\u00e8viament<\/h3>\n<p>Tingues en compte que nom\u00e9s has d\u2019utilitzar aquells aliments que hagis introdu\u00eft pr\u00e8viament de manera individual i que el nad\u00f3 hagi tolerat. Pot crear confusi\u00f3 no saber quins aliments tolera si barreges els nous que introdueixes amb els que consumeix habitualment.<\/p>\n<h3>Escull verdures i hortalisses fresques i madures<\/h3>\n<p>Quan m\u00e9s fresques i madurades estiguin, la quantitat de micronutrients ser\u00e0 major.<\/p>\n<h3>Higienitza els vegetals<\/h3>\n<p>Tant les fruites i les verdures han d\u2019higienitzar-se abans de ser consumides. Sobretot, les que es consumiran en cru, ja que com no passa pel proc\u00e9s de cocci\u00f3 poden contenir microorganismes perjudicials, i poden fer que la preparaci\u00f3 tingui una vida \u00fatil menor.<\/p>\n<h3>Utilitza les parts m\u00e9s magres<\/h3>\n<p>Escull les parts m\u00e9s magres de les peces de carn i retira el greix visible, ja que aquest \u00e9s saturat, i per tant no \u00e9s molt interessant afegir-la als pur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del potet<\/h2>\n<h3>Utilitza coccions suaus<\/h3>\n<p>Les millors s\u00f3n el vapor i l\u2019ebullici\u00f3. Si cous en aigua, utilitza molt poqueta aigua, perqu\u00e8 no es perdin els nutrients a l\u2019aigua de cocci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Afegeix la carn o el peix m\u00e9s tard<\/h3>\n<p>No afegeixis la carn i el peix en el mateix moment que afegeixes les verdures al vapor. El temps de cocci\u00f3 de les verdures \u00e9s m\u00e9s elevat que el de la carn i el peix.<\/p>\n<h3>Assegurat que queda una textura fina<\/h3>\n<p>La textura dels pur\u00e9s ha de ser fina y homog\u00e8nia, sobretot quan s\u00f3n molt petits. Si queda algun tros una mica m\u00e9s gran o hi ha dues textures diferents (pur\u00e9 i tros de verdura, per exemple), podrien ennuegar-se una miqueta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Receptes de pur\u00e9s, farinetes per als nadons<\/h2>\n<h3>Pur\u00e9 de pollastre amb mongetes verdes i patata<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 100 g de mongetes verdes, 60 g de patata, 40 g de pit de pollastre i una cullerada de postres d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Posa una olla amb aigua a bullir. Neteja b\u00e9 les mongetes verdes, treu-li les puntes i els costats i talla-les. Pela la patata i talla-la. Quan l\u2019aigua comenci a bullir, afegeix la mongeta i la patata a un colador i disposa-ho sobre l\u2019olla sense que toqui l\u2019aigua i deixa-ho amb la tapa posada. Cuinar els aliments al vapor \u00e9s la millor manera de qu\u00e8 no perdin els seus nutrients. Mentrestant es comen\u00e7a a cuinar la mongeta verda i la patata, neteja i trosseja el pollastre. Quan hagin passat uns 10 \u2013 15 minuts afegeix el pollastre i deixa que es cogui uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s. Quan estigui tot ben cuit, retira-ho del foc i tritura-ho en el processador d\u2019aliments.<\/p>\n<h3>Potet de salm\u00f3 amb moniato i pastanaga<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 40 g de salm\u00f3 sense espines, 50 g de moniato i 100 g de pastanaga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Rosteix el moniato al forn. Posa una olla amb aigua a bullir. Pela i trosseja la pastanaga. Quan l\u2019aigua comenci a bullir afegeix la pastanaga en un colador i posa-ho sobre l\u2019olla perqu\u00e8 es faci al vapor. Passats uns 15 minuts afegeix el salm\u00f3 trossejat amb la pastanaga i espera uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s. Quan el salm\u00f3 estigui completament cuinat, retira els aliments del vapor, posa el moniato i tritura-ho tot en el processador d\u2019aliments.<\/p>\n<h3>Farinetes de taronja, pastanaga i poma<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 70g de pastanaga bullida, 100g de poma al microones i 50g de taronja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Cou una poma al microones o al forn. Cuina la pastanaga al vapor. Una vegada la poma i la pastanaga estiguin ben cuites, deixa-les reposar a la nevera fins que es refredin. Pela una taronja. Mesura les quantitats de cada un dels ingredients i afegeix-los al got del processador d\u2019aliments.
