Si encara no est\u00e0s embarassada, per\u00f2 penses en augmentar la fam\u00edlia d\u2019aqu\u00ed poc, aquests consells tamb\u00e9 et serveixen per preparar el cos per a l\u2019embar\u00e0s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Prepara\u2019t per l\u2019embar\u00e0s<\/h2>\n<p>Preparar el cos per l\u2019embar\u00e0s \u00e9s igual d\u2019important que cuidar-lo durant la gestaci\u00f3. Sabies que els dos primers trimestres de l\u2019embar\u00e0s se\u2019ls coneix com la fase anab\u00f2lica? El cos realitza processos de s\u00edntesis per a emmagatzemar energia. En canvi, el tercer trimestre se\u2019l coneix com la fase catab\u00f2lica. Intenta escollir olis vegetals per a cuinar i amanir, especialment l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, per a aprofitar el seu contingut en greixos \u00a0saludables i vitamina E. Per augmentar la ingesta de calci pots prendre aliments com la llet i altres derivats l\u00e0ctics, llegums, fruits secs, peix i hortalisses.<\/p>\n<h4>Magnesi<\/h4>\n<p>Durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s, les necessitats de magnesi augmenten una mica i \u00e9s habitual que no es cobreixi aquesta demanda. Si es tenen nivells baixos, \u00e9s com\u00fa que sorgeixin rampes i engarrotament muscular. Aquestes mol\u00e8sties desapareixen en el moment en que es fa una dieta rica en aquest mineral.
