En aquest article t&#8217;ensenyarem unes divertides receptes de trampantulls per enganyar als teus ulls i a la resta de convidats!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4 receptes de trampantulls<\/h2>\n<h3>Fals tataki de s\u00edndria<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00edndria<\/li>\n<li>Suc de fruits vermells<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e8sam torrat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Talla la s\u00edndria de manera que sembli un llom de tonyina. Ha de ser d\u2019uns 2 o 3 cm d&#8217;ample i d&#8217;uns 10 cm de llarg.<\/li>\n<li>Remulla la s\u00edndria amb el suc de fruits vermells durant uns 30 minuts. Pots ajudar-te d&#8217;una bossa de congelaci\u00f3 amb zip. Com? Introdueix la s\u00edndria a la bossa i afegeix el suc de fruits vermells. Tanca la bossa de manera que no quedi molt aire dins i que la s\u00edndria quedi submergida en el suc.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la s\u00edndria s&#8217;hagi impregnat b\u00e9 amb el suc, arrebossa-la amb el s\u00e8sam.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment talla el fals tataki de s\u00edndria en trossos d&#8217;aproximadament 1 dit de gruix.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Patates de poma amb salsa<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poma (la varietat que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi)<\/li>\n<li>Maduixes<\/li>\n<li>Gerds<\/li>\n<li>Pinya<\/li>\n<li>Pl\u00e0tan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>D&#8217;una banda, renta b\u00e9 les maduixes i els gerds. A continuaci\u00f3, trosseja-les (pots ajudar-te d&#8217;una t\u00farmix).<\/li>\n<li>Cuina-les a foc lent en una paella perqu\u00e8 quedi tipus melmelada.<\/li>\n<li>D&#8217;altra banda, pela i trosseja la pinya i el pl\u00e0tan. Tritura&#8217;ls i repeteix el proc\u00e9s anterior. Tingues en compte que aquest procediment \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 perdin una mica l&#8217;aigua i tinguin una consist\u00e8ncia una mica m\u00e9s espessa. \u00c9s a dir, que semblin una salsa de qu\u00e8txup i de mostassa. Recorda que quan es refredin, la seva consist\u00e8ncia augmentar\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa que es refredin les dues salses.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja b\u00e9 les pomes i talla-les en forma de bastonets, perqu\u00e8 semblin patates fregides. Perqu\u00e8 les pomes no s&#8217;oxidin tan r\u00e0pidament i mantinguin el seu color, pots polvoritzar una mica de suc de llimona.<\/li>\n<li>Prepara els bastonets de poma en un plat i decora&#8217;l amb les salses per damunt o disposades en petits bols al costat del plat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Espaguetis de carbass\u00f3 amb bolonyesa de soia texturitzada<\/h3>\n<p>Per fer aquests espaguetis tens diverses opcions. Pots comprar el carbass\u00f3 ja tallat en espaguetis o tallar-lo tu mateix. Si no tens l&#8217;utensili per a tallar els carabassons en espagueti, pots armar-te de paci\u00e8ncia i tallar-ho amb un ganivet el m\u00e9s fi que puguis. Una altra opci\u00f3 \u00e9s utilitzar el pelador i que quedin en forma de tagliatelle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 carbass\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>50 g de soja texturitzada<\/li>\n<li>2 tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pebrot vermell<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/sales\/sal-del-himalaya-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sal de l\u2019Him\u00e0laia Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa la soia texturitzada en remull mentre comences a preparar la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja b\u00e9 tots els vegetals. Ratlla els tom\u00e0quets i pica la ceba i el pebrot.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix-los a una paella antiadherent amb una mica d&#8217;oli, sal i pebre negre.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa que es cuinin les verdures amb la tapa i remou perqu\u00e8 no s\u2019enganxi.<\/li>\n<li>Si no has comprat els carbassons tallats, talla&#8217;ls mentre es couen les verdures de la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Trosseja amb un ganivet la soia texturitzada perqu\u00e8 sembli carn picada i afegeix-la a la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la salsa estigui a punt, salta el carbass\u00f3 en una altra paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli i sal.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada tinguis el carbass\u00f3 al punt, serveix-lo en un plat i afegeix-li la salsa per damunt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Botifarr\u00f3 de xocolata amb crocant de nous<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de xocolata negra per postres<\/li>\n<li>150 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/bebida\/bebida-de-arroz-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>100 g de mantega<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre mor\u00e8<\/li>\n<li>80 g blat tendre unflat sense sucre<\/li>\n<li>80 g d\u2019arr\u00f2s unflat sense sucre<\/li>\n<li>50 g d\u2019avellanes torrades<\/li>\n<li>40 g de xocolata blanc<\/li>\n<li>100 g de nous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Escalfa la mantega en una olla i afegeix la llet. Ves removent mentre s&#8217;escalfa perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui.<\/li>\n<li>Trosseja la xocolata i afegeix-la a l&#8217;olla. Continua removent fins que es fongui per complet.<\/li>\n<li>Trosseja les avellanes.<\/li>\n<li>Barreja l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, el blat i les avellanes.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la xocolata es fongui i tinguis una mescla homog\u00e8nia, canvia-la de recipient i refreda-la al congelador durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estigui refredat, afegeix la barreja de cereals i avellanes i integra&#8217;ls a poc a poc.<\/li>\n<li>Amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un tros de paper de film dona-li forma de rul\u00b7lo a la barreja i deixa-la refredar al congelador durant 3 hores.<\/li>\n<li>Just abans de servir, trosseja les nous i fon la xocolata blanca a foc lent i amb cura que no se&#8217;t cremi.<\/li>\n<li>Pinta el rul\u00b7lo amb la xocolata blanca i arrebossa&#8217;l amb les nous trossejades.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada s&#8217;hagi assecat, talla el rul\u00b7lo en rodanxes i serveix-lo.<\/li>\n<li>Conserva-ho a la nevera o congelador mentre no es consumeixi per a evitar que es fongui.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Posa&#8217;t el davantal i gaudeix d&#8217;aquests deliciosos\u00a0trampantulls!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saps qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un trampantull? \u00c9s una t\u00e8cnica que s&#8217;utilitza per enganyar a l&#8217;ull.
