{"id":2082,"date":"2016-08-04T12:35:38","date_gmt":"2016-08-04T11:35:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/?post_type=recepta&#038;p=2082"},"modified":"2018-07-05T11:00:17","modified_gmt":"2018-07-05T09:00:17","slug":"golombki","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/recepta\/golombki\/","title":{"rendered":"Golombki"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest plat t\u00edpic de Pol\u00f2nia consisteix en fulles de col de cabdell amb un farciment d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i carn picada banyats en una salsa de tom\u00e0quet.<\/p>\n<p>Per preparar-ho, traiem les parts gruixudes de la col de cabdell i la rentem. Tallem les fulles i les coem en aigua bullint amb una mica de sal i una mica de com\u00ed m\u00f2lt (perqu\u00e8 no facin olor) durant 2 minuts. Les escorrem.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer el farciment de les cols de cabdell, barregem l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, el julivert picat, la carn picada, el tom\u00e0quet picat, una mica de sal i pebre i, si es vol un toc picant, el bitxo picat, fins que els ingredients es reparteixin uniformement.<\/p>\n<p>Tallem les fulles en trossos per emplenar amb una petita quantitat de la mescla del farciment. Enrotllem la fulla en forma cil\u00edndrica i les col\u00b7loquem en una olla.<\/p>\n<p>Afegim el tom\u00e0quet triturat, un got d&#8217;aigua, l&#8217;oli, sal i el suc de llimona.
