1. En un bol barregem la farina, el sucre, la sal, la canyella, el bicarbonat i el llevat.<\/p>\n

2. Pelem i ratllem les pastanagues ben fines.<\/p>\n

3. Incorporem a la barreja l\u2019aigua, l\u2019oli, les pastanagues i uns quants festucs (120 g).<\/p>\n

4. Barregem fins a obtenir una massa ben homog\u00e8nia.<\/p>\n

5. Introdu\u00efm la massa en un motlle de silicona i coem a 180 \u00baC fins que estigui ben cuit (40-50 minuts).<\/p>\n

6. Amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019un escuradents punxem el past\u00eds per tal de comprovar si est\u00e0 ben cuit.<\/p>\n

7. Deixem refredar i desemmotllem.<\/p>\n

8. Servim amb una mica de sucre gla\u00e7 i uns festucs picats per sobre.<\/p>\n
